I live in the UK, in Reading, and it is midwinter here.....there was a heavy frost this morning! Tomorrow I shall be going to my parents in Gloucester for Christmas........I hope you have a lovely Christmas with your daughter and other family members (?).....and I hope the new year kicks off to a good start for you!! xx

I am also worried about the future...but I try not to overthink it and just enjoy the present. I'll spend Christmas with my family, we don't have big plans, but we'll spend a lot of time together enjoying the night :) I really hope things get better for you, you're in my thoughts xo

I support all you are and do with your health choices and homeschooling etc. Of course, I wish I could help you heal from anorexia. Remember, no matter who tries to silence you. It's imperative to have your voice heard. I appreciate your willingness to share openly and honestly, your personal truth and beliefs. Your beautiful with or without teeth. I too have lost teeth due to anorexia. Take gentle care of you. The rest will fall into place. Always remember, you are not alone.

I travelled to be with family at Christmas 🎄 my sister tested positive for covid today! We are double vaxxed and boosted so hoping 🙏 we have not caught it. So sorry to see you so unwell and suffering, sending healing vibes. Bless you and your daughter for future peace and happiness xxx

Hi Ang, I hope you and Viv have a nice Christmas even if it's a quiet one. I work in retail so it's hectic for me this time of year and I intend on sitting at home by myself with no one around. I think a lot of us have lost teeth due to A and B over time, I've lost 3 and I have some damage in the same spot you lost one. If you are able to see a dentist,please make an appointment so they can assist with helping you maintain the others. Keep safe and hopefully hear from you soon 💝
If your bone is good and you can afford to, get implants as they look better and feel like teeth, I have 3. But if not dentures are also an option, just have to get them redone more often due to age and shape of mouth changes. People don't realise the impact mental health has on all aspects of the mind and body.

I'll be having to get all removed this year - dentures or implants instead :( :(( have tried everything to rescue them :(
