Always curious to see how others go through the lines and different matches. Same as you I've been playing Rip from the beginning. Won my pre-release with him and been on him ever since.
hard agree on riptide being under-explored, I have tried the trap-heavy control version and had a blast on all the ranger matchups. but this build also looks nice!
ive played him a lot - since he was spoiled and manage to have some success with him. I heavily favor all 3 laces as frailty is actually quite good against lexi and her go-again. Sic-em and (Y) falcon wing can also be good. With rip, you can go cheerios with the benefit of an instant reload w/ rain (but i still not totally sold on it). Razor is also not bad as there are plays that can set you up for a good codex follow up.
I agree on the lace with frailty! I recently added them in and took out the codex of bloodrot and made a couple of the traps two of, the updated list is in my gameplay videos! Falcon yellow is interesting, it makes sense I'll have to give that a try as well!
