@@fan-i-am I propably misunderstand your post, but of course you can use def reactions even without defending with a card. The thing here was that the Bull's Eye Bracers actually buffed the daggers (due to piercing) which then fullfilled the traps' text box requirements (check inertia trap and boulder trap). I can see why the opponent was also astonished and typed "that's effin' hilarious" in the chat :D
At 35:16, I felt like you could've played sic-em for arsenal pitching remembrance, lace, riptide trigger in the remorseless, shoot for 8, snapdragons, then codex.. just an option i saw
Good catch! That definitely seems like a better play. I think I didn't want him to have the sink in arsenal to stuff my endless arrow, I was being conservative on my endless haha. Thank you for even watching that far in!
@@Gabe1528 Yeah, just thought you'd make use of that snapdragons. you could even decline the riptide trigger and bulls eye the remorseless, snapdragons, then codex... and then you still have that space to block with trench to kill with the double trap play. I always thought U could just pass on defence cards and then play a defence reaction trap in the reaction phase.
