Here on my channel, my goal is to give you a real glimpse into what its like to live in Ghana, from the Ghanaian food, to the Ghanaian culture, to the Ghanaian lifestyle and everything in between. @@JasmineAmaa Really, do they have Golden Ray and Cooken too? , They are made by the same company (Lever Brothers) Golden Ray is the orange-colored butter, used for cooking and Cooken is their brand of lard. Write this reminds me of the sweet smells that used to come from the factory. I wanted to ask, I've seen lots of dried fish in your market videos, do they have Cod fish/Salt fish;?

Oh my gosh! Yum, yum those donuts. Although it's your first time making them, you had to learn that donut recipe somewhere. You made it look like you make donuts every day. By the way, next time put the sugar in a blender and it'll make powdered sugar to sprinkle over the donuts. Thank you for sharing great videos.

I think that true no matter the type of food you're cooking; open fire makes everything extra yummalicious. I always remember the first time my brother (who was 2 yrs my junior) and I experienced firewood cooking, it was during a gas shortage and my grandma had to break out the coal pot; we enjoyed the food so much and the open air made the experience more exciting. So much so, that the gas shortage was over my brother did not want to go back to the way my grandma normally cook, so he had the bright idea to let the gas out of the tank, hoping that she would have no choice, but to use the coal pot; my brother was eight at the time

FANTASTIC looking donuts!!! In the future if you want, you can also stir/melt the sugar into a pan of hot butter, then dip the donuts into the glaze. To make different flavors, you can also add different ingredients into the melted sugar/butter glaze………. like finely blended mangoes, or bars of chocolate………etc etc etc. 😊 So, when will you open a restaurant, Jasmine??? 😜😜😜

o my goodness you walk alot. i should be walking that much ! what are your daily temperatures where you live? i dont know if they have canned biscuits where you live , but if you take a can of biscuits and fry them in oil until they are done then sprinkle them with sugar or what ever topping you like they taste amazing and they are really easy to make.
Lol the weather has been cool for awhile around 26 degrees due to the rainy season. It’s usually much much warmer. No I haven’t seen canned biscuits yet. Xx
