THIS GHANAIAN WOMAN MAKES SPICES FROM SCRATCH | LIVING IN GHANA
One of the things that makes the most impact on Ghanaian culture is Ghanaian foods. Spices play a major role in Ghanaian cooking. We
use them in our porridge, soups, stews, rice dishes and everything in between.
In this video, I share the story of a Ghanaian woman who makes spices from scratch. She owns a farm in the Volta region of Ghana and some of her ingredients for these spices are sourced from this farm.

Here on my channel, my goal is to give you a real glimpse into what it’s like to live in Ghana and other parts of Africa, from the food, to the culture, to the lifestyle and everything in between. You should edit your video to remove anything she may have mentioned about how she produces the spices. Here in the U.S. companies almost never give you any clue as to how they make their unique products. The reason why is because someone will steal it and make a competing product and crush your business because they have more money than you do.
Yes, thats true but she gave very basic information. Also Indian curry powder has a specific taste. Jamaican curry powder tastes different, Chinese curry powder tastes different, so I imagine that Ghanaian curry powder will have its own unique taste as well...
