Dope setup get ur self a back pressure washer cuz that active VE52 will end up giving u issues I had one for my detailing buisness n out of no where it started acting up on me n I had to rush to harbor freight to get me a Portland pressure washer n let me just say I’ve used the Portland on my jobs than I did with the active VE52 great setup keep grinding fam skys tha limit

Where are you located? Everything is custom built. So I would need the trailer to make sure everything would fit right. If your looking for just the bottle holders I can easily make them. And send them via mail. But if you want the diamond plate and the whole works I'd need the trailer

What type of material/item did you use to cover the flooring of the inside of the trailer?
Is that a electrical power pump feeding your pressure washer? I didn’t see a cable coming out which is why I’m asking lol
Yes it's a 120v pump.
Where do you get that remote from. I tried the one from Home Depot and they kept going out on me

Did you upgrade the axel or did this trailer come with a payload cap. of 3500?
The trailer was custom built. I had them put a heavy axle in with brakes.
Very nice set up. I’m debating on whether to get a trailer or purchase a van. How much does this exact set up cost today and how long is the wait for completion after the order is placed?
I appreciate you watching, obviously a trailer is going to be less expensive than a van as long as you have something to tow a trailer. Trailer/van really breaks down to what your comfortable with. There's pros and cons to both. Built out costs really depends on what you want. Your looking at 17,000-18,000 or more. Trailer build out is about 4-9 weeks then the interior depending on supply of materials is additional probably 4-5 weeks. If you have any other questions let me know.

Everything looks good except that little compressor wouldn't power the tornador for more than a minute or two.

That's a hard one to answer, I don't know what you have for equipment, I don't know how much have or what you want. I do not normally build them with customers equipment. Ill let the customer pick what they want for all their equipment.

What's the name of the trailer?
I understand a truck would be ideal but what cars would be able to tow this? How much power would be needed?
There's no name for the trailer, it's custom built. I would not recommend a car to pull it. A jeep, truck, SUV would be what I recommend to pull it.

@@taterscustomfabs7946 I like this set up a lot. What do you think of the new dual fuel predator generators? Would you want to run it on propane? I’m just thinking there’s not much smell with propane. Is it more efficient running propane than gasoline?

I appreciate it, I tried to make it efficient as possible. I personally don't have any experience with the predator generators, but there seems to quite a few out there. The Westinghouse generator I put in this trailer was gas/propane. The only thing with propane is would you need additional space for the tank. Propane will still have a odor. I doubt there would be a noticeable "efficiency" difference.. a decent amount of testing would have to be done for me know for sure!
@@taterscustomfabs7946 if I had the opportunity for you to build them, I would have the propane tank mounted on the nose on the outside, that would hold 2 42L (11gal) tanks on it. With the specs on the generator, that would be about 2 weeks to go through that if it was constantly running. Currently propane is 2.65 gal and premium fuel in CA is just under 6 gal

I know this might be a crazy question. But how did you route vacuum hose is that all one hose or separate from vacuum to reel?
Not a crazy question, it's a good question. So it's a separate hose, it's called a jumper hose. I used a special non-collapse hose, it goes from vacuum to reel. The reel has a center swivel so you can whined up hose. I appreciate you watching.

Very nice trailer, how long does it take to fill up that water tank?
It takes about 3-4 hrs to fill with spotless water.

Depending on water pressure it could take longer. This is something you would want to do during the night after you get home. So in the morning it's full.
@@taterscustomfabs7946, could an inlet pump be placed before the filtration system to speed up the flow to the tank if you used wider pipes or tubing from the DI filter outlet, or would that much pressure overwhelm the filtration system?

Your product was water would decrease as you push more water through. You want any where from 0-9 ppm to rinse vehicles

Yeah….I figured you would need the van to measure and get an idea. Question, I noticed all the filters for reversed osmosis,etc. It all looks nice….but what’s the difference from just filling tank from filtered water softener?
Well filtered soft water is good but it still has high levels of TDS (total dissolved solids) TDS is what leaves spots on the vehicle. Water softeners do not remove TDS. If you were to test your water if it's above 10ppm (parts per million) it will leave spots. The purpose of Reverse Osmosis is to drastically reduce your TDS before it hits your DI resin, this will get more product water out of your DI. With all being said it's not necessary but if you wash vehicles in the sun, it's a game changer!! You will never want to go back to regular soft water.
