    발목때매 오늘 엄청혼났네 저만 발목에 자꾸 힘이 안빠져서 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ다들 나만보고 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ1일차 수린이 함둘어요

    무릎 꿇고 체중으로 눌러서 스트레칭. 해 주는게 효과는 좋더군요.

    I saw you stretching the feet on dry land, I want to ask during freestyle kicking, the sole should bend inward ( just kind of the big toe facing each other ) or should it be straight pointing afterward ? thx
