    처음에 자유형 동영상을 볼때는 캐치>풀>푸시>피니시>리커버리>엔트리. 가 무슨 용어인지 잘 모르겠고 이에대한 설명을 제대로 해주는 수영강사님의 유튜브를 본적이 없는데 여기는 그림으로 표시를 해주니 이해가 잘됩니다 다른 유튜브 수영강사님들도 무슨 수학 문제를 풀듯이 영어로만 말하실게 아니고 한글로 풀이를 해주시면 좋겠습니다 물잡기>당기기>밀기>마무리>되돌리기>입수 라고 말이죠 그런데 스트록, 드릴은 뭔가요 ?

    세상에나~~~~ 저도같은접영합니다 수력20년 노인이되니 편하고 부드럽고 지치지않는접영을 저혼자터득했어요 출수킥힘들게 맞추는건 선수들이나맞는거 같아요 젊고힘좋은분들도 쉽게지치더군요 빠르게해야 출수킥맞춰지니 지치고 심장터질것같죠 저보고 나비처럼 우아하고 쉽게한다고 부러워하는분많아요 출수킥 딴지거는 강사님도 있긴해요ㅎ 쉬어보이지만 따라하기쉽지않은 접영 동영상 보고자신감 생겼네요 감사합니다

    쌤~ 궁금해서 질문 드립니다. 저는 접영을 빠르게 하면 출수킥과 팔의 풀, 푸쉬가 박자가 맞는데 느리게 하면 쌤이 하시는 것처럼 두번째 킥을 팔의 캐치 시점에 차게 되더라구요. 느린 접영에서 일부러 팔의 풀푸쉬에 맞추려고 하면 하체가 많이 가라앉는 느낌이 들고 다음 웨이브 때 무게중심 이동이 잘 되지 않는 느낌입니다. 출수가 잘 되고 호흡에 문제가 없다면 이대로 해도 괜찮지않을까요? 😅

    보여주신 slow, fast 둘다 빠른 접영은 아닌듯 합니다....하이엘보도 없고...이렇게 하면 금방 어깨 다치거나 털릴듯 하네요.

    My 100m fly PB was with the easy fly, but I wanted to be like the Olympians, re-learned to the speed fly. Now I struggle the last 25m, it will take a lot of training to improve my PB with that style😊

    하샘 말씀이 옳아요. 몇 달 먼저 배웠다고 팔과 킥이 맞지 않는다고 초보자들에게 무리한 접영을 강요하는 중초보들이 많아요. 수영에는 정답이 없다는 말 처럼, 자신의 체력과 상태, 상황, 목적에 따라 다른 영법들이 있어야 하는 걸 뼈저리게 느끼고 있습니다. 수영한지 2년 만에 선수급 빠른 접영에 성공했습니다. 하지만 금새 어깨에 부상이 왔습니다. 무지 고생했고, 이제는 하샘 말씀 처럼 여러 방법으로 접영하고 있습니다. 영상과 설명 감사드려요.❤❤❤

    이지 접영으로 하면 100미터 가능 하나요? 빠른 접영으로 50미터는 가능한데 더이상은 안되더군요ㅠ
