The reason why there are not a lot of mods is because the game is compiled by IL2CPP instead of Mono. IL2CPP makes the game a lot harder to mod because the code is native machine language instead of easy to decompile bytecode aka Mono.
There is now a custom music mod by scoolnik you can drag and drop mp3's into the game
