@@kramberries1294 If Stockton & Magic played the same amount of games and minutes in their careers, the former would still have way more assists given their averages in each season of their primes. Magic's highest is 13.1 apg. Stockton had FIVE seasons where had a higher apg than that, peaking at 14.5 per game.

For finals mvp it should be MJ for obvious reasons and for the 3pt contest winner it should be stephen curry. Yes, he doesn’t have the most 3pt contests won, but his logic is the best player at the skill who won the award, not who won the most of the award. Stephen Curry is undisputedly the 3pt GOAT.

I think the 88 dunk contest is definitely a great measurement in terms of what would be considered the best though the 2000 dunk contest should of had a nod as well.
This was a great list. I like these out of the box ideas like this because it makes people think about things they wouldn't have thought about and it keeps for new content too.

MJ had the Layup against the Lakers the Shrug against the Blazers (He scored a record three pointers in a half and a record points in a half) he AVERAGED over 40 points for the entire series against the Suns he had the Flu game in his first Finals against the Jazz and he scored 45 points in the close-out game against the Jazz the second time he played em while hitting the game winning shot. Not to mention he has two more FMVPs than LeBron.

Kevin McHale is a beast, but he was essentially a starter (averaging over 30 minutes) both years he won the award, and he eventually became a starter, thriving on that great 1986 team. Havlicek is similar, and only averaged under 30 minutes for two of his first three seasons, and eventually became a starter on that Celtics dynasty, and for those 1970s teams.
In my humble opinion, the best true sixth man was Bobby Jones, the inaugural winner of the award. He came off the bench and could contribute at a high level on both sides of the ball.
I think Larry should have been 3pt champ since he won the first 3 competitions then stopped going and he also won in a warmup Jacket

Have to respectfully disagree with the FMVP goat award choice. While Bron is a worthy candidate, especially considering how many times he’s made it there, MJ’s undefeated in the Finals and has the second highest scoring average in the Finals in league history; not to mention, 6 Finals MVPs.
I’m not trying to start an argument, just wanna state my opinion
LeBron has, just like Jordan, won every finals MVP of the finals he won. Also LeBron had a case to win the FMVP in 2015 despite losing. He also is a triple double machine in the finals with 11 all-time, the most in NBA history. Bron is in 2nd for all-time points in the finals, 4th for all-time rebounds, 2nd for all-time assists, 6th in all-time blocks, and 2nd in all-time steals, but I do know those stats are kinda inflated due to his 10 finals appearances. That’s why I think LeBron is the greatest player in the finals ever.
That’s why he lost more than he won. If you’re really the best player on the finals, you never loose.
