I am still trying to understand this run- dont gmw (get me wrong) i love watching, but Brian F is the dude who got me to stop caring about rank and LP and just play. And I was all the much better for it. Started winning a lot more for one..
He says it often during the streams, but a lot gets edited out: you are right, the points are absolutely meaningless fluff! This is just a silly challenge so there's something to do while there's no big tournaments for him to work towards. If you're still learning the game, definitely still play to learn/have fun and don't stress about points, they don't tell the full story at all.

Playing after eating definitely doesn't go well, Sometimes it's just not a good idea to play SFV is so mentally draining.
Brian plays on stick or hitbox? Sometimes it sounds like stick, sometimes it sounds like hitbox.

Post dinner SF is rough, only thing worse I can think of would be comedown SF. If you’ve never felt like your brain was a wrung out sponge before I can’t say I recommend it

Why did the starting LP change between the two Blanka matches? The Akuma and Ryu matches show 240934 starting LP, but those games are sandwiched between two Blanka games with a 242996 starting LP. Bizarre editing choice to put footage from a different session in there?
The vid is plainly 2 sessions, but yes, they are jumbled togethger a bit. The matches that were actually between those Blanka sets weren't as interesting, so I just put matches from the first session in there instead. Note that the starting LP for those matches is the same as in the first part of the video.
