My friend labbed Dan super hard when they introduced the red fireball. He theorizes that the red fireball isn't RNG, but dependant on which frame you press the button in the input. According to him, it's nearly frame perfect on the last few frames of the special input window. I think he's right because he can do red fireballs on command. He did like 15 in a row in training mode
