The Ghoul is the player character as far as I'm concerned. Always ends up at the most important areas to break stalemates, usually picking sides based on his needs at the moment, able to pick off large crowds of people and tackle power armor with ease, able to soak up damage with barely a scratch on him, etc. He's out here doing what he wants, when he wants. He's 100% the player character stand in.
I remember someone saying Lucy is inspired by the Fallout 3 protagonist, Maximus is more like the Fallout 4 protagonist, and the Ghoul is more like the New Vegas protagonist.
10 on everything, he’s had 200 years of gameplay to max every perk too. He’s literally the player who “beat” the game but comes back whenever there’s an update.
I miss the way ghouls used to look. Ghouls from Fallout 1-3 looked like ghastly corpses. Ghouls from Fallout 4, 76, and the tv series look like Deadpool, but his nose is missing.
I think it might be hard on the art team to make em look like that. As a non gamer, I do appreciate what they did with "The Ghoul" at least, maybe his great performance is making me biased
I feel like it is slightly hard to sell the illusion of regular people working together with Ghouls when their literal skin is falling from their faces.
The Ghoul is every player in Fallout on their third playthrough.
Nah the Ghoul is New Vegas player on their 100th playthrough. Lucy is someone playing Fallout 4 for the first time
"I do this shit for the love of the game... until my savegame breaks that is"
True
3rd play through with VATS cheats enabled too.
@@Briskwarrior Fallout 4 is a kids candyland.Plenty of food and water.Raiders are pathetic harmless clowns.

LVL 200
Ghoul is high level while Lucy is low leveled
And his rule is def a player rule "thou shalt get distracted by bs every God dam time" 😂

"Thou shalt get sidetracked by bullshit" xD. The open world golden rule.
Idk English much, what's it's actual meaning my man?
@@McLovin208 you're gonna get sidetracked with sidequests in games...like Fallout before you do the main quest
Don't feed trolls
"Thou shalt get side-tracked by bullshit every damned time..." The writers DEFINITELY played A LOT of the game to prepare lol.
The ghoul definitely has the bloody mess perk as well.🤣
When bethesda finally realized that we love gun slinger characters
0:01 OH HE SAID IT, HE SAID THE THING!
3:03 me with 40 different side quests
5:50 - best shot in the series.
Getting sidetracked by bullshit every damn time is very accurate to every fallout game
I loved this character throughout the show love that before the nukes he was a cowboy actor and he kept the whole western getup honestly amazing
Me remembering those S.P.E.C.I.A.L. videos and the part "To consume the flesh of your fellow men."
4:03 I’d like to ask this to many of the companions I run with
Walton Goggins was great in this role. He was amazing as well as Boyd in Justified
This is the embodiment of a badass character
Give us season 2!
They working on it. First season each episode took a month
Im happy to wait for it if its such class as this one!
@@toomanyaccounts8 episodes a season n season 2 is scheduled for late 2026
The ghoul needs to become the general of the Minutemen
Well its not Netflix so it will happen
4:05 my favorite group moment 😂😂
3:01 The Ghoul is every veteran Fallout player
You can tell he has master gun slinger, better criticals, and concentrated fire equipped.
I wonder if he's still the sheriff of redrock
Lucy is the first play through Maximus is the third low honor play through and the ghoul is the 7th play through just having fun with side quests
Whenever i close my eyes and hear Lucy speak i just see Jinx
Walter Goggins is the best thing in this show.
The Ghoul is me and he is you
Goes to new Vegas and speaks with the narrator
I know he's maxed out Agility but i need the Ghouls perk list
10 on everything, he’s had 200 years of gameplay to max every perk too. He’s literally the player who “beat” the game but comes back whenever there’s an update.
Outgunned but not outmatched.

"...A long time"

Can't remember if there was one fk I gave or if I burned up on arrival. Someone should remind me.

Duly noted, wee man.
I feel like it is slightly hard to sell the illusion of regular people working together with Ghouls when their literal skin is falling from their faces.
Can't wait to hit New Vegas.
The ghoul is way too powerful and what her named dropped him but power armour won't make a dent on him or 20 people seems lame to me
The Ghoul is the only good thing about this bad show.
