- Confirming touch calibration and accuracy - working with the GT911 Goodix IC in Nintendo DS games. I’ve been wanting to try out Citra and managed to compile an older build that doesn’t require Vulkan, but there is still a lot of glitches.
I can't wait for CM5 to be finished, I'm very interested in this project.
Thanks a lot! Me too! Will be sure to post a video when it’s officially finished, but still deep in development right now.
Nice! 🤩
i have a question, where can i buy the kit for the retrolite cm4? and if there is a prebuilt version?
I would also like a pre built one too. When will it be available?
Hi both, unfortunately I don’t plan on making the CM4 builds commercially available as they’re just too time consuming to hand make. The CM5 I am working on now may become available though as I’m working on making the case for injection molding.
alright, thank you@@stonededge
Yay thank you for the update.
Don't know if I'd rather build a cm4 now or wait for the CM5. The CM5 has everything I want where the cm4 only has half.
Up to you I guess! The CM5 isnt even released - should be available by Jan or so next year though. As for my build, not sure when it will be done - perhaps by Q1 next year. As for Vulkan support I don't think that will come until end of 2024 but may be pleasantly surprised. Panthor kernel drivers are almost ready, which will be good for OpenGL support for now.
@@stonededgeI definitely think I will wait for the retrolite cm5, it's not that much longer of a wait for everything, keep up the good work!
reasons not to lose hope
