Thank you so much, you saved me. I followed your instructions and finally found the "Turn Off Custom Scaling and Sign out". Unfortunately, I couldn't sroll to make it clickable, even scrolling slowly was not working, the option was always ending covered by the upper banner or covered behind the windows dock in the lower part of the screen. Could not click.
Still following your technique of dragging the window on the right, then resizing the window, I entered the "Ergonomic Options" and managed to resize the display of the text to the maximum (225% I think) and then coming back to ''Display" scrolling slowly down to "Turn Off Custom Scaling and Sign out", it appeared so big that I finally could click on it. It worked.
