Hello dear Supersambams to my question. If I read your article (Custom Gameboy Cartridges / Rom Hacks) (10 Carts (Same Game)) I get Green DX, Red DX, Blue DX, Yellow DX, Super Gold 97 and Prism Edition for £150? Or do I get Same edition for 10 cards?
The small screen has nothing to do with pixel perfect, games were developed with the gb aspect ratio on the smaller screen you loose a couple of pixels left and right.

My personal mod of my old GBC uses one of these smaller screens. Love the brightness options on mine.

That game is not 3d printed. It's injection molded. You can see where the fil l hole was broke off.

You won’t lose any pixels assuming it’s still 160 x 144 in a smaller form factor

They are 100% spray painted. You can tell especially on the back of the green cart
