He's still a part of BTS. They haven't broken up, they just need to do military service, so they're doing solo stuff while other members are in military. I know western boybands sort of established this idea that sooner or later they break up and start dissing each other and distance themselves from their past as a group, but BTS (and ESPECIALLY Suga) have been very adamant about wanting to stay together as long as they can. He even had BTS members as cameos in the MV, btw 🤣. That being said, you did get the part about him killing his past self right. You just missed on the reason. This song was done way before BTS started the current military/solo projects chapter. Suga was talking about the Agust D from cca 2015, from his first mixtape. He was full of anger and resentment at the time, at others and at himself. And he doesn't like the way he thought back then, so he decided to kill that part of himself and showed that he's move on from that type of thinking. Btw, I highly recommend you watch A Guide to BTS Members: The Bangtan 7 by Taylor Mari, because that might also show you why they are unlikely to disband. I think you'll understand better then.
A : 0.000001% is same as 0.00000001 it's just simple math B : I think he reacted to 6~7 songs so far so I think 6~7hundred more to go is about right amount to me. C : I know you guys love them(me too) but please be realistic even if they make 10 content per day for 13 years he would have covered more than 0.001%. Remember the more delusional you appears to be the more you make BTS and ARMY look bad 💜
Suga uses the name Agust D for his solo work. This song is the first in a trilogy, which continues with Haegum and Amygdala. If you're interested in the scar, it is also featured in these two songs, and you will learn about its origin in the third song.
He's not solo. Bts are still a group but they do solo stuff. Now some members are in the military so theyre not complete 7 but they're still active and are not solo. They are focusing on solo careers right now more since the band will be back together in 2025 so they have some time. You should check out the guide to seven members of bangtan by taylor. Its a bit long but would definitely show you who bts actually are and you would get to know their music better too. They produce and write their songs and have more than 300 of them.
That panda on the mic holder though. 😂 so cute. And BTS are also doing solo works but they are still very much together. Just on hiatus as a group since Jin and Hobi are in the military. The others will follow soon as it is their duty but we’ll all be waiting for their amazing group comeback!
Suga aka Agust D did solo songs as still part of BTS. All the members did. BTS members have to serve their mandatory military service so everyone has been doing solo work before enlisting in the military. Agust D just finished a world tour with all sold out concerts as a soloist. 2 of the members have already joined and the rest will join by the end of this year. BTS will come back as a group in June, 2025. We miss them so much and they will be bigger than before.
Yo I never clicked so fast!!! Joined your channel for the NF reactions.. But Suga aka Agust D (Suga spelled backwords with the initials of his hometown Deagu Town) is my ultimed rapper. He go hard AF. Trilogy us a must see 1 Deachwitta 2 Heageum 3 Amygdala His catalog is crazy, cadance, bars, wisdom, no nonsense, goes hard for the haters 🤯🤯 You've just opend a whole rabbithole 👌👌🔥🔥 Keep m coming, You'll be in for a hell of a ride. And dont forget RM and JHope are 🔥🔥🔥 rappers to 👌👌 Greetz from the Netherlands 💜💜💜
BTS was all together and making music when he did this song. Now they are all going to be serving in the military which is mandatory in Korea. Some are already serving and some are releasing solo albums and stuff before they start service. Suga's solo album D Day is the most current and was also his world tour. When BTS have all finished service there will be new BTS music as a group.
Thank your for your great reaction. Actually if u want to know true elequent savageness then watch Agust D by Agust D.. not just shots fired but he is throwing friggon bombs at the haters. I purple you 💜💜Army Cape Town South Africa
This is the 1st title track from his 2nd mixtape, D-2. It’s the 1st in an MV trilogy, followed up in his 1st official album, D-Day. The watch order is Daechwita, Haegum, Amygdala. Here, he plays 2 characters: a tyrannical king probably symbolizing the music industry establishment and an ambitious rebel probably symbolizing he and BTS. He writes and produces his solo work. I’d recommend Agust D - Daechwita Explained By A Korean video by DKDKTV to learn more about the bars and MV.
@@DonVonMV = music video OST = original sound track (movie/serie) 100 #1 iTunes = number one in 100 countrys of the world (iTune is one of the music platforms)😅
@@DonVon The king does not represent the music industry. Suga has explained what the characters represent. The king is Agust D from his first mix tape. He represents the defensive, freshly wounded, angry Agust D who lashes out at haters, chopping off heads right and left with his bars. The dark-haired Agust D who appears in the back of an 80's era Hyundai Grandeur (Korean equivalent of a Cadillac Seville) is Agust D who wrote the songs in D-2. His scars have begun to fade. He's learning to feel comfortable with his success. The Cop in Haegeum is dark-haired Agust D from Daechwita. He forgot the lessons learned and started succumbing the darker aspects of fame again. He has scars that are still visible. "Joker" Agust D is the one who wrote the songs of D-Day. He's learning that growth is an ongoing process that must be continually practiced. As a result, he feels healed completely. No scars. In Amygdala, we get to see the "origin story." This is Agust D telling us exactly how the wounds came to exist in the first place.
People has been pointing out that SUGA is dissing people (the underground rappers) who mocked him, RM, and J-HOPE back then for being girly and joining as boybands way long before BTS's debut. The mentioned rappers were in jail, while SUGA mocked them back without mentioning their names. He says, "if you feel that I diss you, that's your problem, and not my fault."
The guys have always done their own solo work, from their very beginning of their careers. There are 5 solo albums called mixtapes released by the rappers over the years: two for RM, two for Suga/Agust D and one for j-hope. This is off Suga’s second album release. There are also other solo albums, one for each of the rappers, plus Jimin so far. They don’t hold each other back, they support and encourage each other and plan to stay together always. As Suga has said “We are real brothers. Period.” They are just taking a break because they all have to serve mandatory military service in S Korea. Jin and j-hope are already serving and the others will follow soon.
Glad you liked this song; it is a banger, for sure.😊 BTS did not break up; they're doing their solo projects right now; well, they await to enlist for their mandatory military service. I recommend watching Taylor's A Guide to BTS Members: The Bangtan 7. This will give you more knowledge of each member and their background.
I don't think he's referring to the tiktok app when he says tick tok, he's talking about time, tick tok like a clock. he says "my time is worth more than that, tick tok" but it of course can be interpreted however you like!
We LIIIIIIIIIIIVVVVVVVVVEEEEE for this moment in time that you captured. Period. Best thing I’ve seen on YT in forever. It was like reliving my past. 💜💜
You have to check out his title track "Agust D" it's amazing th-cam.com/video/3Y_Eiyg4bfk/w-d-xo.html It's from his first mixtape and starts off this trilogy. Something more current is his duet with Halsey for the Diable V game here th-cam.com/video/9PdH-zavwO4/w-d-xo.html The rap geniuses of BTS are evident in the Cyphers 1-4 (I don't think they are in all in one video anyplace, and you should probably read the lyrics before you watch them), and you can't experience them without checking out "Outro:Tear" th-cam.com/video/UDuaJGYe8EQ/w-d-xo.html And these are only one grain of earth that will take you down the rabbit hole with BTS. It is an amazing lyrical and musical journey and I hope you enjoy it!
Agust D (SUGA spelled backwards + DT = Daegu Town, his hometown) he uses Agust D solely for his solo album & mixtapes.. he uses SUGA of BTS when he collabs with other artists and when he's with the team he uses Prod. SUGA when he produces songs for other artists he's successful in those 3 names, but we ARMY prefer to call his real name, Min Yoongi
I'm not sure how much you know about Min YoonGi aka Suga/AugstD....but as you liked his MV then the following info might be of interest to you. Suga/Agust D began writing music lyrics and working with MIDI at age 11 and held a part-time job composing and arranging music at a recording studio at age 16. Active under the name "Gloss" (wordplay on his name YoonGi, which means "to shine") as an underground rapper in his hometown Daegu, He originally entered Big Hit Entertainment as a producer at age 17 and became the second member to join BTS..... At BTS debut in 2013 he was 20 y.o.... he is one of BTSs main producers/songwriters/composers and has over 150 song copyrights.... he also produces for other artists and has won awards for his work.... he is one of the fastest rappers in South Korea. Suga (SHU-GA.... from Shooting Guard - the position he played in basketball) ...... AgustD = SUGA + DT (Daegu Town - his hometown) Spelt Backwards Between his commitments as a member of BTS, Suga/Agust D took advantage of time on the plane and in hotel rooms after concerts to continuously produce, write and compose music. In an interview for Grazia Korea, Suga/Agust D expressed a desire to release the music he wanted to do without having to consider popular appeal or music ranking. He intended to release his music for free in the form of a mixtape to avoid such considerations, commenting that an album "has a feeling of being trapped in some sort of framework" due to the need for company involvement in promotion and advertising. He has released 2 mixtapes - and recently his first official album (of which he continues to maintain full creative control) Developing Agust D musically on the base of hip hop, much of Agust D's inspiration for the lyrics came from his own stories of dream, youth, and reality. In order to differentiate his work from that of his work as Suga, he developed the alter ego "Agust D". He is best known for his honest hardhitting lyrics. Bookish Theories TH-cam channel has really good explanations to BTS videos as there is a lot of cultural references and depth to this song that really will blow your mind This is the first song in a trilogy..... He is a master storyteller.... a fellow army best explained the trilogy as - Daechwita... ridding himself of the need to prove his worth to others Haegeum... ridding himself of the confines of modern society Amygdala... he investigates the inner demons and trauma that started his confinement in the first place. Suga/AgustD wrote, composed and produced the songs, he conceptualised the MVs and had creative control (working as usual with Director Lumpens (Choi YongSeok) who does most BTS MVs) Fun facts - The gun used was a Colt M 1860 ARMY Daechwita is Traditional Joseon Korean Royal Parade/Military Music - notifying all that the king is here Yoongi(Suga) is a member of the clan of the very last empress of Korea. Daejanggeum Park is where the MV was filmed.... It is a giant film set that doubles as a public historical park where people can come to "experience" old times. Hope you have a great day💜💜Sending Greetings from Australia
Suga/August D is still with BTS. They have not broken up. They have always done solo work while being in the band. Right now they are one by one going into the military cos every Korean male has to serve 18-24 months. So they are releasing solo stuff before they leave. This video is from 2018 or 19. You would love his other stuff too. Please check it out. You will not be disappointed 💜💜Borahae
First we 💜 U second if nobody already told you Daechwita is a genre of Korean traditional music consisting of military music played by wind and percussion instruments. It was military parade music played when Joseon-era kings went outside the palace. The words “chwi” and “ta” each mean to blow and to beat, indicating the use of wind and percussion instruments. In the old days, kings rarely appeared outside the palace, so when he did, people crowded the streets to get a glimpse of him. The royal parade would be spearheaded by drummers or horn blowers, while the rear part would be supported by the musicians playing wind instruments.
Just so you know. Suga said that when he writes his songs like this, he isn't aiming at someone specific person but that is if you feel attacked, then that is on you, pretty much.
Thanks for watching agust d. Everything the bts members do is highest lvl. You need to pay attention to the bts leader RM as well, he’s a poet, a genius and amazing rapper. His album indigo dropped last year, maybe still life with Anderson paak or wildflower would be a good choice, or as a bts song maybe born singer live version 🤔
INFO: Okay yes Suga is Agust D, it is suga's rap name which is used for solo projects. It means Deagu Town - Suga Backwards. You seem to of covered most of them now the only one missing is RM's "Joke" then you have a complete picture of the rap line of RM, Suga & Jhope. In kpop groups there are lines, rap line, dance or performance line, vocal line, which some members specialise in one area more than the other.
Suga/AgustD said, and I'm paraphrasing a bit here, that he didn't write this about anybody specifically. But, if the song offends you... it's about you.
There is an explanation video for this song which is very enlightening. Suga is a lyrical genius. He put a lot of effort into this song. He wrapped Korean history in a lot of the lyrics along with a big message for all the haters. You should check out the explanation video, it's really interesting.💜
Yes Agust D is Suga Agust D is Suga spelt backwards with DT at the end that stand for Daegu Town where he come's from. He wrote and produced this a few years ago. It's on his mix tape D-2. BTS members have always done solo work both within BTS albums and as Solo artists. BTS and basically a super group of 7 solo artists. They all support each other's solo work.
Hey, hey Devon. You’re listening to Suga/Agust D….YES!!!! You gotta check out “Haegeum” this is his latest release. It continues with “Daechwita”. You definitely gotta check out more songs of Suga/Agust D and BTS rap line.
Speaking of making the beat from gongs, he also has a song with the beat made out of the sounds of a basketball bouncing and shoes squeaking on the court. The song: BTS (방탄소년단) - INTRO : The Most Beautiful Moment In Life Pt.1 화양연화 [Lyrics Han|Rom|Eng]
Because I just love the lyrical genius of RM and Suga( Agust D suga backwards and DT from where he was born) I always watch and listen first then go to an explaination chanel like Doolset. That's where I learned about the story of the abused son who got put in a rice chest by his abusive father. All BTS lyrics are deep and layered so translations are limited. The explaination videos are fascinating in themselves. Then after I know what they are saying I get to watch again.....😊 DAECHWITA is the next in this trilogy.
Listen to Cyper 1 through 4. Rap at it's finest, dissing all who deserve it. The rapline kicks........ The whole group is awesome. Mic Drop is another awesome somg, actually all their songs are great.
Daechwita is a traditional Korean march, played for political events at the time of kings, army or king movements, etc. The two characters are Suga Rei and Sugar from the lower class. Ruler Suga is a tyrant who kills people who have grievances or are considered opponents. Suga from the lower class, appears with six friends (BTS mention) and there is also a woman sitting in the tent, who gives him the car keys (Army mention). Poor Sugar starts the revolution by going with the car to face the tyrant Suga. We also see the drawing of Bang Si-hyuk, ('creator' of BTS), at the moment that poor Suga arrives by car to face the tyrant king. He challenges the system. King Suga arrests and sentences poor Suga to death. And he, bound and kneeling, continues singing Daechwita (Daechwita being a song that is sung when the king is present. Is the poor Suga the true king?). The people who were prostrate in the courtyard now agree with poor Suga, all nodding to the sound of Daechwita. Finally, the executioner who was supposed to kill poor Suga also joins the revolt, frees him and gives him a weapon, with which he kills the tyrant king. Metaphor: the lower class 'overthrowing the system', mentions BTS that started as a small group, discriminated against, from a small bankrupt company, which was despised and disdained, but which ended up becoming the biggest Korean group in kpop, true kings about the game. At the time of the dynasties there was a strong separation between social classes and slaves were considered nothing. The poor would never become part of the elite. Today BTS is the elite, but it was a difficult achievement, with a lot of 'blood, sweat and tears'. And who gave them the 'key' to start the revolution was the Army. BTS 'brought down' the dominant system of the Korean music industry, as they continue to do until now, breaking down the arrogance and prejudice of the world's music industry. th-cam.com/video/JayEtmyXVpo/w-d-xo.html - explanation
Now you should watch the shooting sketch video showing how they shot this music video! By the August D solo mixtape released in 2020. You could also watch the explanation video which explains what the music video and the song is about. No, he didn't go solo and leave BTS all the members of BTS are working on solo albums and other projects again this is not from an album this is from a mix tape there's a difference! Sugar AKA August D for solo projects separate from BTS there are solo projects he has under sugar which is part of BTS albums and part of the fictional storyline. Sugar released two mix tapes under the stage name August D way back at the beginning of BTS in 2015 or 16 that mixtape was a self-titled mix tape titled August D: Augst D his second mix tape released in 2020 the title of it was Augst D: D2. He released his solo album April 2023 the title August D:D Day. After which he went on a solo concert tour as August D which ended on June 16th, 2023, in Korea. He had concerts in the United States during June. German also released a solo album a couple of months ago titled once again I said Jimin: FACE. John cook of BTS just released his solo album and is going on a concert tour he is also announced his military enlistment date. Since they debuted in 2013 the members of BTS have performed as a group all seven members performed solo songs as part of BTS albums and concerts! They have also done solo projects for Korean TV shows movies webtoons online graphic novels. They even release songs as a group and as solo artist 3 as gifts to their fans! Over five or six years ago Jay Holt released a solo mix tape titled HOPE WORLD. but he released his first official solo album in August 2022 then performed live at Lollapalooza as a solo act and on some award shows. In the early years of BTS RM's release two solo mix tapes. In December 2022 he released his first solo album. In June 2022 BTS announced a group hiatus to concentrate on solo album projects concert tours and other solo work and to take some needed rest time. At that point they had only taken two breaks lasting three to six weeks and nine years since debut add 2010 when RM started working with big hit entertainment and the last member to join Jim and joined in 2011or 2012. RM hadn't had a break from 2010 to 2022 the longest period of time. In June 2023 they celebrated their 10-year anniversary since debut. How many albums does an artist in the United States put out in 10 years? BTS has released five mixtapes from the rap line, 5 Japanese albums, 15 Korean albums, one 3disc anthology album, five solo artist albums with V the last two release a solo album that will be six solo albums. Now gin was supposed to release his solo album last would have been later this year that would have been the 7th solo album. But he had to enlist in the military December 2022 when he turned 30 or 31 Korean age which is 29 or 30 international age. Now you're probably confused in Korea in their culture when you are born, you're 1 year old they round up nine months in the womb to a year on January 1st everybody in Korea ages by one year not on their birthday January 1st. Let me simplify this I was born on December 9th, 1956, if I was Korean living in South Korea on Jan on December 9th 56, I would have been one year old the day I was born January 1st, 1957, I would have been two years old. In the United States I am 66 years and seven months old. Again, if I was in Korea and I was Korean I would be 68 years old plus six months since you age on January 1st and not on your birthday. Last Korean culture lesson sugar AKA August D these are stage names for Min yoon-gi Min is not his first name it's his family name. In the same way yoon-gi is not his last name it's his given name it's not his first name it's his given name. You want to know your Korean age write down this year subtract your birth year from it and add one year!
Agust D is a perfect rapper!! He is Suga from BTS!!! If you like this, you just have to listen to Agust D - Agust D( song) His rap for this song fire🧨🧨🧨🧨🧨 Thank you for your reaction!
DKDKTV TH-cam channel has an explanation video of this song and I highly recommend you watch it. There are a lot Korea culture references that unless you are Korean won’t know. Agust D is Suga’s name he uses for his solo work.
The chairman of their music label has said that BTS love each other so much that they don't know what to do, if that gives you any insight on their bond 😂. If you want look a little deeper there is a pretty good guide to bts video by Taylor Mari. Amygdala and Haegeum by agust (Suga) are both 10/10 If you want to here all three members of the rap line together I suggest their UGH and Tear( live performances never disappoint)
It was his old self, you are correct. And it does have to do with BTS but in the opposite of the way you think. The king is paranoid, angry and isolated. He trusts no one. The street Agust D has his 6 bros behind him (BTS) and one woman (representing ARMY.) The scar is not real, it represents his trauma. Notice the street Agust D has a more healed scar than the king, because his trauma is healing. Because he is healing and no longer alone but has his team and ARMY behind him, he can shed the old self that was angry and isolated and in pain by shooting it with a Colt ARMY model revolver. This is the first of a trilogy of songs (Deachwita - Heageum - Amygdala) that tell the story of him coming to terms with and healing his traumas.
The BTS members have never been afraid of layering multiple meanings in their work. One interpretation of the pill reference is that he’s talking to his past self who may have used pills as pain management following a motorcycle injury.
Another one would be that he’s got no problem with taking medication in general (he needed pills/medication, but that did not make him a weak pill popper ), but he’s got a problem if people doing drugs bc they cannot be creative without and are not honest about that. That makes sense for me bc he’s saying that if that is the excuse for popping pills, then they should stop rapping. Pill shaming is nothing that he would do when it comes to (mental) health issues
I just discovered your channel and i have binge watched all your BTS members' videos this morning. Each member of BTS is a super talent 💜 Loving your genuine reactions and can't wait to see more. Still RM, Jin and V to go, each very different. Recommend Wild Flower and Joke to showcase RM's diversity in rap, The Astronaut and Epiphany (live performance) for Jin, and Singularity and Snowflower for V.
pls do the BTS rapline. for context their lyrics are targeted to the underground rappers in korea that talked shit about them and disrespected them. i highly recommend reacting to the cypher medley live with the subtitles of course because not only do they have flow they spit gold bars.
I just binged all your BTS reactions and I watch tons of reactions and yours have been one of the best. One of the biggest problems we have with people reacting to K-Pop is they never voice their true opinions just so they can bring more people in and more views. So they'll react to every popular group and they'll like every singleee song and everyyyy single group. So, please don't feel shy to voice your opinions or stick only to BTS for now. (Not that you have to lol) But whatever you do I think they'll be great as long as you stay genuine like you are now. Also, I would recommend "A Guide to BTS: The Bangtan Seven" by Taylor if you want to know every member individually and how they got to where they are today. 💜💜💜
Go down the BTS rabbit hole my G they are literally the BIGGEST & BEST in the world wit a literal ARMY (US) behind them⚔️ they've smashed every record uncluding MJ & the Beatles they global & best singers, dancers & rapoeds out & 7 dopest humans in the world gg 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 the journey will change yo life & channel 👑
He's killing off the parts of himself he doesn't like the old angry, and greedy Suga. He hasn't left BTS they haven't disbanded they have to do military service Jin and J Hope are already serving the other's are on following and each member is getting their solo work out before they do their military service. They'll all be back together again late 2024 early 2025.
There is a bookish theories explanation video for this music video if you are interested in all the symbolism and what it all means. I’ll drop the link. th-cam.com/video/_-4njtd0WpE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=TP0fBUwoJqWXo6wc But basically Daechwita is traditional Korean music that was played in front of the king’s procession every time he left the palace so that everyone knew the king was coming. Here he saying play the Daechwita because Suga/Agust D is the king and he has arrived. But at the same time the video represents how becoming rich and famous has tempted him to become a mad king drunk with power, who wants to kill his true self and take over, so that his real self has to fight to stay grounded and put down the mad king part of himself once and for all. That scar is something that is part of his Agust D persona. Suga doesn’t have it. In his music video for Amygdala he shows how he got the scar.
Please check out another rapline member of BTS. You seem to like the melodic rap so I am recommending RM's song Wildflower. It's a beautiful poetic, melodic rap song that I think you'll enjoy. Thank you for your lovely respectful reactions to our BTS guys :)
Here is what I learned following BTS. Every single one of them is a MICHAEL. So, whoever has the MIC, I think is the greatest performer in the world. It's wild! Suga, This guy can rap as fast as Eminem. He tears people new A$$ hole's. His live performances are: Super Star level. He just came off of tour and you know how American Journalist haven't supported BTS coming into the U.S., Several, finally admitted he is a superstar. I'm off right now because JK released his new song called SEVEN. It's fighting for #1 on Billboard. All the American Politics are giving him a run. Morgan Wallen & Jason Aldean got the MAGA's all fired up. If you get a chance, watch this Live performance by JK, at The ONE Show, BBC. Here is a LINK. th-cam.com/video/nCuU8tWAEII/w-d-xo.html
Watch this video for way more information about Daechwita than you thought there was. Like the rice chest; this explains what that line means. And everything else. Yoongi is a genius. th-cam.com/video/_-4njtd0WpE/w-d-xo.html
The scar is not real...😅 He has dissed a lot of rappers in his music. He was called a girl (for wearing stage makeup) and that he sold out by becoming an Idol. You need to listen to his earlier stuff "August D", "Give it to Me", "Interlude: Shadow" and the current one "Haegeum".
DAECHITA is a form of military marching music which was played when a military leader someone of importance or a member of the royal family the king was approaching. A lot of the music in the video is from traditional Korean instruments the instrument is not called a gone. Why do people on TH-cam constantly say ignorant things about other cultures that you don't know anything about don't relate stuff from the United States culture to Korea. It's amazing how many dumbass FUBARS when listening to BTS singing in their native tongue Korean got mad because they said the N word when they didn't say that word they said a Korean word. That would be as stupid as somebody thinking a Spanish speaking person said see when they said Si the Spanish word for yes.
BTS has always produced solo works. Suga had his after ego of Agust D so he could write material they did not want young fans finding looking for BTS. It gave him creative freedom. Some topics like depression self harm and social anxiety. Etc. ...BTS origionally stands for Bulletproof Boy scouts. See the problem. Anyway they have needed to be bulletproof over the years the amount of organised hatred they received from the industry and rival fandoms. Including mutiple death threats. Nothing is as threatening to mediocrity than excellence.
I second everything you said✋🏾really hope he watches the guide and dives deeper into them to know more about who they are
you just covered like 0.000001% of their discography😭😭 there's so much to unpack and i'd love to see you react to their songs!!
Come on be realistic, I would say about 1% myself💜
More like 0.00000001 of their discography be fr
Not even that tbh😭he's really barely seen anything I can't wait until he actually starts diving deeper
A : 0.000001% is same as 0.00000001 it's just simple math
B : I think he reacted to 6~7 songs so far so I think 6~7hundred more to go is about right amount to me.
C : I know you guys love them(me too) but please be realistic even if they make 10 content per day for 13 years he would have covered more than 0.001%.
Remember the more delusional you appears to be the more you make BTS and ARMY look bad 💜
Fr😂
Suga uses the name Agust D for his solo work.
This song is the first in a trilogy, which continues with Haegum and Amygdala. If you're interested in the scar, it is also featured in these two songs, and you will learn about its origin in the third song.
Also 😮watch Scarface the movie. Then check out the Tony Montana live performance by Suga and Jimin.
Scar is not real...but reflects his internal wounds and shoulder i jury.
Suga is just a musical genius..
Very excited and very happy. I wish more reaction to Suga and BTS in general would be grateful 👍🏻
BTS have so many fire songs, solo and as a grou. I wish I could see them all again for the first time! 💜
You can relive it through me becuz you all are putting me on right now lol 🤯
@@DonVonmore blakpink pls l❤ your reactions
Trilogy us a must see
1 Deachwitta
2 Heageum
3 Amygdala
His catalog is crazy, cadance, bars, wisdom, no nonsense, goes hard for the haters 🤯🤯

@@DonVon your welcome.
Rapline of BTS goes hard AF, they also got 4 cyphers 👌👌 cant wait till you react to it 💪💪 Lets go!!! 💜
Agust D has a new song out called 'Haegeum' ita the Official MV HARD
BTS was all together and making music when he did this song. Now they are all going to be serving in the military which is mandatory in Korea. Some are already serving and some are releasing solo albums and stuff before they start service. Suga's solo album D Day is the most current and was also his world tour. When BTS have all finished service there will be new BTS music as a group.
Thank your for your great reaction. Actually if u want to know true elequent savageness then watch Agust D by Agust D.. not just shots fired but he is throwing friggon bombs at the haters. I purple you 💜💜Army Cape Town South Africa
Oh yesss Agust D is Fr for the elites😭
I agree with you whole-heartedly
This is the 1st title track from his 2nd mixtape, D-2. It’s the 1st in an MV trilogy, followed up in his 1st official album, D-Day. The watch order is Daechwita, Haegum, Amygdala. Here, he plays 2 characters: a tyrannical king probably symbolizing the music industry establishment and an ambitious rebel probably symbolizing he and BTS. He writes and produces his solo work. I’d recommend Agust D - Daechwita Explained By A Korean video by DKDKTV to learn more about the bars and MV.
Plz help me what does MV mean😅
Oh wait Music Video lol i got it 😂

@@JoobieLoobieSoobie perfect analysis. Agree 100%
Savage Suga...addressing his/their haters in this song.
Period.”
They are just taking a break because they all have to serve mandatory military service in S Korea.
Nobody has dared try a rebuttal, 😂 cuz they know he’ll crush em!! 💜💜💜💜💜
Yes it is the same person Suga and Agust D

Agust D (SUGA spelled backwards + DT = Daegu Town, his hometown)
he uses Agust D solely for his solo album & mixtapes..
he uses SUGA of BTS when he collabs with other artists and when he's with the team
he uses Prod. SUGA when he produces songs for other artists
he's successful in those 3 names, but we ARMY prefer to call his real name, Min Yoongi
Suga is Shootinng Guard, his basketball position. Suga is a. NBA Ambassador too.
AgustD = SUGA + DT (Daegu Town - his hometown) Spelt Backwards
Between his commitments as a member of BTS, Suga/Agust D took advantage of time on the plane and in hotel rooms after concerts to continuously produce, write and compose music.
He has released 2 mixtapes - and recently his first official album (of which he continues to maintain full creative control)
Developing Agust D musically on the base of hip hop, much of Agust D's inspiration for the lyrics came from his own stories of dream, youth, and reality. In order to differentiate his work from that of his work as Suga, he developed the alter ego "Agust D". He is best known for his honest hardhitting lyrics.
Bookish Theories TH-cam channel has really good explanations to BTS videos as there is a lot of cultural references and depth to this song that really will blow your mind
This is the first song in a trilogy..... He is a master storyteller.... a fellow army best explained the trilogy as -
Daechwita... ridding himself of the need to prove his worth to others
Haegeum... ridding himself of the confines of modern society
Amygdala... he investigates the inner demons and trauma that started his confinement in the first place.
Suga/AgustD wrote, composed and produced the songs, he conceptualised the MVs and had creative control (working as usual with Director Lumpens (Choi YongSeok) who does most BTS MVs)
Fun facts -
The gun used was a Colt M 1860 ARMY
Daechwita is Traditional Joseon Korean Royal Parade/Military Music - notifying all that the king is here
Yoongi(Suga) is a member of the clan of the very last empress of Korea.
Daejanggeum Park is where the MV was filmed.... It is a giant film set that doubles as a public historical park where people can come to "experience" old times.
Hope you have a great day💜💜Sending Greetings from Australia
Suga aka. Agust D was the one who did set me free pt.1
This was made a couple of years ago but he always been the one to tell it straight up
Check out the Cypher songs, there's 4 (2 is my favorite, 3 is Suga's favorite) the whole rap line goes off on haters!! (Rap line: RM, Suga, Jhope)
FUN EASTER EGG: 1:37The guy he bumps into is actually Jin, & Jungkook is the one that punched Jin🤣🤣
AgustD 🔥💣👑 🖤💜
Next Heageum pls
yes its Suga
Just so you know. Suga said that when he writes his songs like this, he isn't aiming at someone specific person but that is if you feel attacked, then that is on you, pretty much.
I love your reactions
Mad love thank you! Preciate you for watching
No killing off part of his persona. When you watch the other 2 videos it will make more sense.
The tick tock reference ties back to his time being more valuable than money. Like, tick tock, bruh, stop wasting my time
Love your reaction! There will many many more mind blowing videos! They don’t play💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
You can always tell when a reactor is really a rapper when they subconsciously add in the correct hype lol
Suga/AgustD said, and I'm paraphrasing a bit here, that he didn't write this about anybody specifically. But, if the song offends you... it's about you.
Thanks for reacting
There is an explanation video for this song which is very enlightening. Suga is a lyrical genius. He put a lot of effort into this song. He wrapped Korean history in a lot of the lyrics along with a big message for all the haters. You should check out the explanation video, it's really interesting.💜
Believe it even talks about the scar in his interview about the album & video too. :)
Good reaction. Thanks! I'll go look and see what else you've done😊💜
React to AGUST D by agust D, HAEGEUM and AMYGDALA too please 🥺🙏💜
This song is basically Suga killing his past self which is why one person in the video is a historic king while the other is a gang leader
Great reaction 💜. More BTS please and l will subscribe. Hello from Spain
Hey, hey Devon. You’re listening to Suga/Agust D….YES!!!! You gotta check out “Haegeum” this is his latest release. It continues with “Daechwita”. You definitely gotta check out more songs of Suga/Agust D and BTS rap line.
It's a trilogy, you can listen to Haegum next then Amygdala, somehow all connected
The king brought a sword to the rebel's gunfight. 🥰

❤🎉😜😘💜THANK YOU 💖 SIR!!! SUBSCRIBED!!!!!!!
If you think the song is good from listening to the surface, you should watch an explanation video to learn the context of the lyrics.
AgustD is Suga backwards with DT backwards for his home town
Agust D is a perfect rapper!! He is Suga from BTS!!! If you like this, you just have to listen to Agust D - Agust D( song) His rap for this song fire🧨🧨🧨🧨🧨 Thank you for your reaction!
DKDKTV TH-cam channel has an explanation video of this song and I highly recommend you watch it. There are a lot Korea culture references that unless you are Korean won’t know. Agust D is Suga’s name he uses for his solo work.
Before BTS...Suga's underground name was Gloss.
BTS 💜💜💜 this for Suga 💜
Agust D is Suga's solo alter ego
The chairman of their music label has said that BTS love each other so much that they don't know what to do, if that gives you any insight on their bond 😂. If you want look a little deeper there is a pretty good guide to bts video by Taylor Mari.
Amygdala and Haegeum by agust (Suga) are both 10/10
If you want to here all three members of the rap line together I suggest their UGH and Tear( live performances never disappoint)
It was his old self, you are correct. And it does have to do with BTS but in the opposite of the way you think.
The king is paranoid, angry and isolated. He trusts no one. The street Agust D has his 6 bros behind him (BTS) and one woman (representing ARMY.)
The scar is not real, it represents his trauma.
Pill shaming is nothing that he would do when it comes to (mental) health issues
thank you for reacting please react to AGUST D
This is part of the trilogy listed below. The Scar is explained in 3rd video.
I just discovered your channel and i have binge watched all your BTS members' videos this morning. Each member of BTS is a super talent 💜 Loving your genuine reactions and can't wait to see more. pls do the BTS rapline. for context their lyrics are targeted to the underground rappers in korea that talked shit about them and disrespected them. i highly recommend reacting to the cypher medley live with the subtitles of course because not only do they have flow they spit gold bars.

Tem uma live onde todos os meninos do BTS fazem cover dessa música LOL
O maior fã do BTS é o próprio BTS eles adoram os trabalhos solos dos membros ☺💜

Recommend xCelests BTS Hardships video to understand all the hatred BTS received....which tesulted in their lyrics and disses.
