For me the trailer was breathtaking. But I hope they stay faithful to the novel and they don't rush the events or skip important moments and dialogues. As for the Megose fight, I don't think it's a significant difference since the cathedral and the blackthorn security company are connected. Maybe they will try to make the fight more interesting by adding a chase scene through the tunnel or something, since cuttlefish did rush the fights in the first volume.
I predict this is gonna allow lotm to reach a whole new peak in popularity. It would be great if you made more videos on the novel or other lotm related stuff. Goold luck

No way can they one for one adapt the source material, even with 24-26 episodes (If they even have that many) seeing as the source is a novel and the adaptation is in episodes of 30-ish minutes. All I hope is that the changes/cut material are handled well and convey the same info with decent pacing, just in a different way suited to the new medium.
I fear the anime is gonna be mid at best or garbage at worst. I have no trust in chinese animation, and i believe the trailer was made from scratch as the anime will be aired only in month/years. I hope i am wrong but its unlikely
