Bought mine this morning and arrived in the afternoon (Thank god for same day delivery) to replace my aging logitech G933's, they are fantastic! Highly recommend them.
Just did the same to replace my G933s which is a wreck at this point and battery life was down to 3 hours at best. Hope you're happy with it.
@@TheProtestFilms Thinking about upgrading my G933s as well, the power button messes up the sound sometimes. If it keeps it up I'll probably get these.
@@LLawlietKris8 It's not a bad set of cans for gaming but for music etc. It is not really too good unfortunately. Bass overrides everything and there is a cave effect of sorts. Also it can not handle any base heavy songs and cracks up. Also Logitech had a wide sound field, these ones just give the feeling it's in your brain. Hard to explain. So yea, a bit disappointed overall, would have liked them to work better

@@lol-lp4tw blackshark it did not do it for me except for gaming. For anything else the sound is muddy and like coming from inside your head. And base cracks up and overwrites all nuiance of mids and trebs. If not for the lag my sony wh4 out performs it in every way. You get used to this cave effect after a while but it is just a compromise.

on-ear shouldnt even exist, they crush your ears and you get like 30% of the experience of over-ear

I got the Razer Blacksharp V2 Wired and its really bassy and good for 100$ I've had mics that have cost 150-200 and this beats it 100%

Yea seems like Logitech (Pro X Wireless) and Razer are starting to produce actual good audio products. No crappy RGB but instead a durable design with a nice and balanced sound. I hope this trend continues
@@andysledge no mate do NOT make the mistake of buying the Pro X Wireless. They got horrendous white noise that can be heard at ALL times unless you're gaming with loud ambient sounds. The younger you are, the better your hearing, the louder the white noise will be. I suggest trying them in store first
yeah most wireless headsets get terrible reviews but people seem to love these!

Im looking at upgrading my old Corsair Void headset, but I didnt really learn anything about the Blackshark that I cant read in the marketing material, aside from seeing it does have an adjustable head strap.

When I use the USB charging cable I can not hear anything. Is it normal? The USB cable is just for charging? The Razer Synapse wont recognize my headsets when I plug in. Do you have any ideea what can I do?

I am actually more of a fan of swinging mics. I am always worried I will lose the removable mic.

Pretty good review but sadly just like in most headset reviews you completely forgot about all the people that wear glasses! How comfortable or uncomfortable are they if you wear glasses? How tight is the fit?

On there website the way they show the headphones makes it look like it comes with a wireless charging headset rest, if that came with it the reviews would go through the roof!!

Looking for a new head set and this was a helpful video. One thing I love about my Steel Series headset is the dual channel audio where I can control volume of the game vs comm apps like Discord.

How good are they for all day use? For example, starting in the morning with your zoom calls, continue with 4h of problems solving listening to music, and ending the day on your PC/PS5/Xbox...
works good, i use them for school (6h) and another homework meeting (1h 30) and sometimes gaming (3h) they are great since on full charge, they last 24h tho i think (not sure) with the ps5 or/and xbox you need to use it wired (included with the headset) do some research tho don’t take my word for it. music is pretty good with it too, so for all day use it’s great

I'm still trying to find a wired headset that is similar to the Nari Ultimate with the haptic feedback. I have the Skullcandy Crusher Evos which are amazing for gaming and movies but they're not really for multiplayer games.

I disagree with 7.1 being a gimmick. I've had many 7.1 surround sound headsets over the years and anytime i've switched from 7.1 to stereo the spatial difference has been noticeable. My second headset I specifically tested this with a friend on Planetside 2 by having him unloading his Gauss Saw next to me while I spun around with both my old stereo and my new 7.1 Steelseries. The difference IS there.
I agree with you there!I have Dolby Atmos with Ultra High Quality upscaler and I've tried stereo headphones and the 7.1 surround sound and it's like a difference between night and day and surround sound is the way to go my broski yeehaw yo!
I keep getting the disconnect snd reconnect tones on mine. Happens constantly then goes away for 5 or 10 min then does it again sporadically and this is over wireless about 10 ft from the dongle

@@CarwynH no they aren’t. I sent back and got turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2 and am happier with them. They are a little heavier, and not quite as clear as the Razer black sharks but I haven’t had one disconnect issue and to be cheaper they are Bluetooth. Also can adjust equalizer from phone and Mike can just flip to mute. Also the ear pads unlike the black shark can be changed out when the cooling gel ear pads get worn out. Happier with the turtle beaches overall.

They really do, and yet people still hate on them lol. Imo they’re the best gaming headsets on the market.

These have more base and hyper headphones are more neutral but they both sound great
@@jr6905 I love their keyboards, unpopular opinion but the look and feel of them is great imo. The huntsman elite is pretty great with the purple switches.
@@enlargedquack I also have the Huntsman, its loud but damn its great looking imo, not sure if there is any other one with those looks. I really like it and got it for around 100$.
Also the new Viper 8k has been tested as the best gaming mouse from many reviews so I would not say that Razer has bad stuff. But like any company, not everything is great. But the medium-high end stuff is among the best from Razer
