  • Many years ago I suffered from Anxiety and Depression. Today I share with you my journey with mental health and some tools which helped me along the way. Although I am qualified Yoga teacher, I am by no means a mental health professional. What I share with you is my personal journey along with some mindful movement and meditation techniques that helped me in recovery.
    If you are in need of help, please reach out. Talk to a friend, family member, or health professional. You are not alone. 1 in 6 Australians currently are experiencing anxiety and/or depression. It is nothing to feel shameful about. It is OK to not be OK.
