Really appreciate your videos in both your style and method of presentation. I'm new to CAD and ONSHAPE. These bite size videos are manageable as I don't get information overload. Thanks for posting.
Is there an easy way to make the end larger diameter compared to the rest of the slot using this? For example if I want to create a slot that would go over a screw head and then turn to lock it in. I'm not sure what's the name of that mechanism, but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Quick google search says it's a "Keyhole slot hanger" mechanism. Or would I just have to create another larger circle and just extrude remove that?
Ive been doing everything the hard way! dammit, like bro i dont use constraints cuz i forgot they existed until someone showed how useful they were recently. the sword i made that took me 2 days coulda probs been shortened to a day

Also, how could I project a sketch onto a non-cylindrical model? Can’t use wrap, cuz it’s not a round or cylindrical model. TIA!
if I'm being really honest, I didn't even know there was a slot command😜 Awesome Thanks!
Yeah it's a true hidden gem!!

The slot command is a "shortcut" to an offset and arc, if you need finer control you can use the slot as a base, or manually make the slot
@@retzerR Ok, thank you!
I think the suggestion from RetzerR is good- or like you said, just make it a second cut to remove
