We can't neglect the people of afganistan, they are already suffering due to taliban atleast we can provide some help or aid to them but this aid should be provided through UN agencies not taliban as we can't say that whether that aid will reach to the right person or not. .
Government of India is already helping people of Afghanistan through UN and its agencies and it is made sure we don't interact with Taliban which is a terrorist organization. we have already send medicines, wheat etc... but Islamic Republic of Pakistan is delaying this process. New Delhi has also decided it will not be sending any monetary help to Afghanistan as it may fall into wrong hands.

Even if countries help on humanitarian grounds sending foodgrains and essentials, does it reaches to the needy ?
Taliban would never make the aid reach to their protestors within the country. The actual help in my opinion would reach to the supporters of Talibanis.
