They claim Arunachal as their own. Since, the border is disputed from their point of view, they intrude in Arunachal whenever they feel. Since, India has recognised Macmohan line as the international border, it doesn't have the justification to cross the border and claim Tibetan territory. If India does that, it will mean that India doesn't stand on what it says and breaches the agreement then the Chinese will claim that India is not trustworthy. So, chinese are the cunning one, as they never ever recognised Arunachal as Indian territory.
