Transfer of Power wrapped in the packet of Independence is not Independence in its true sense, Dr. Mahipal is missing the point & that he is not updated with recent development before making this lecture you should have gone through recent declassification by MI5 i.e. (The Security Service, also known as MI5, is the United Kingdom's domestic counter-intelligence and security agency, and is part of its intelligence machinery alongside the Secret Intelligence Service, Government Communications Headquarters, and Defence Intelligence.)
guess what After 1947 this MI5-IB liaison continued. during the was the secret positioning of a security liaison officer (SLO) in New Delhi as MI5’s representative. This was obtained by Guy Liddel, then deputy DG, MI5, declassified archives
Indian Navy chief was British until 21 April 1958.
Indian Air force chief was British until 31 March 1954.
Indian Army Chief was British Until 14 January 1949.
Intelligence bureau Served their colonial masters until 1968. under the security liaison officer (SLO)
And your sarcastic smile and tone of presentation will not change the reality, if an actor claims something on these lines its questionable but no conclusive of the fact that independence was taken.
Independence in its true sense was not available to India.
And you will be held responsible for misinformation in the name of history backed by limited document.
Give it a fresh look read some declassified documents by Indian and other govts. Update Yourself its high time.
And also look for, you'll get the sense of Independence and Transfer of power wrapped as independence.

    Few questions
    1) do England's emperor (king or queen) not need any document to travel India?
    2) why India is still a member of commonwealth ?
Only countries having allegiance to the Emperor of England are part of it.
    3) There is a huge need to change the current Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), which is hugely racist and largely inspired by the laws in the British era.
Why the government even didn't think about changing it.

    Dominion = अधिराज्य
How is this equal to independence (repeatedly claimed by Sir) as far as legal terminology is concerned?
Also, why even today the Indian Navy flag has Christian cross, imposed by the British?
Why our secret agencies like IB reported to British till 1965?
Why in airlines, we still call our region as "Viceroy Territory"?
I don't think these are the signs of true independence as long as minds of the people are colonized!

Some facts on "True independence " in 1947.
If India got independence in 1947 then why our :
1.Indian Air Force chief was a british Gerald Ernest Gibbs till 1954.
2.Indian Navy chief was a british Sir Stephen Hope Carlill till 1958
3.Indian Army chief was a british Sir Francis Robert Roy Bucher till 1949.
From the above facts the question that arises is that if India got true independence in 15 th of August 1947,then why the three wings of Indian military were controlled by people of British origin even after "independence"??.
P.S : source is Wikipedia (not whatsapp university).

From 1947 onwards, Nehru took India as his father's property. He became PM and then his offsprings followed the same procedure. They still consider the greater Bharat as their ancestral property.

Sir also enlighten us why did British Govt never repaid the loan borrowed for WW2 from India? I'll help you with a hint one never repays itself......check for the reason its just that the paramountcy of Crown has left and India joins common wealth....That's the nature of Independence.
Sir have you ever done any research on such tops? Or your thoughts are limited only to the books by Half baked Geniuses who are trying to create Rastriya Papa and Rastriya Chacha of a civilization as old as history.
