Well, the beta version had Baragon, Varan and Anguirus. Baragon would definitly be Earth, Waran of course Sky And Anguirus was shown in the second movie definitly as an amphibian creature so, sea for him.
I’d like to think this Mothra is a feral Mothra because the Shobijin aren’t with this one. For one it lived out in the wild instead of Infant Island, she was probably sealed away like Ghidorah was. I know it was wrong for those teenagers for trying to drown a dog but, Mothra doesn’t randomly kill people maybe by accident but during her first movie she had a purpose, but this is one just cold blooded.

@@RichTheFlop This isn't the others Mothras, remember, the Godzilla series has a lot of different time lines, this one it's only connected with Gojira and Godzilla 1998. So, in this version Mothra is a guardian aside with Ghidorah and Baragon, they are totally a diferent creatures compared to their others versions, they have a complete diferent mitology, they are connected as guardian gods.

Still found it weird that Mothra was chosen as the God of water, but I guess it was probably what Varan's role was.
