BLACK FOREST BROWNIES

Line an 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
Ingredients
1 1/4 cups All purpose flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1 cup White sugar
1/3 cup Brown sugar
2 Large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
100 grams Chocolate bar, Semi-sweet or Dark chocolate, I used Eldorado
1/2 cup Butter
1/3 cup Chopped cherries, I used Clara Ole.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
Topping
3/4 cup Whipped cream, I used Whippit cream
2 tbsp Cold milk, I used fresh milk
You can use any whipped cream brand.
Garnish
Shredded Dark compound chocolate, I used Beryl's
Chopped Cherries, I used Clara Ole
