    I think the other term for the overhead rope extension is “katana extensions” heard it from eugene teo :)

    Do you use elbow sleeves, particularly if experiencing elbow pain?

      Not personally, but it’s a mask of pain so need to really fix the issue and also bad idea to try and train through it

    I have suffered from ''golfers'' elbow both side's for YEARS.
    Had 9 treatments called ''Shockwave Therpay'' with A LOT of success.... all pain is gone, finally!!!

      Big fan of shockwave as well. Strengthen the end ranges of motion, especially the forearm extensors
