Sehr dominant der gute Joe, MCC genau so wie es nicht sein soll. Der FO wird an vielen Stellen des Films völlig untergebuttert (Anmerkung zur Go-Around Altitude e.g.). Das darf so in einem modernen Cockpit eigentlich nicht mehr sein! Wie viele Unfälle sind darauf zurückzuführen, dass der dominante Kapitän das falsche Bild von der Situation hatte, der FO völlig richtig lag, aber Angst hatte, etwas zu sagen.. Als Pilot sind diese wirklich tollen Aufnahmen dadurch an einigen Stellen etwas schmerzhaft
ja, genau. hab ich mir auch gedacht. sehr selbstgefällig der herr. erinnert mich an das cockpitklima beim absturtz einer crossair maschine bei bassersdorf.

Ich musste auf jeden Fall das ein oder andere mal schmunzeln... :D

I realised that aswell. Some translations into english are rather tricky. This is one example. In german I could say "Leipzig nach Hong Kong über Bergamo" which would be totally fine. The dictionary says "über" = over but more in a "way of the position of a thing". So via is the better word here. Thanks.

There's nothing wrong with Milano Radar controllers phraseology or grammar, if you are referring about the accent every non english speaker has one even the crew of this flight. People tend to notice more the one from is own nationality
