Not just Germans. All of them are excellent and worthy. You should check out the Swiss crew as well. I wish the production crew can expand to all countries but I think they’re just limited to Swiss and German.
7 years later and “pilotseye” are still the absolute best in cockpit videos. I just wonder if all Lufthansa pilots always use so “by the book” phraseology, or it’s just because “they are on camera”, just beautiful, never tired to watch it again.
What really comes across in this video ( and others ) is these pilots clearly love the pure thrill of flying. particularly an incredible aircraft like the 777. Its not just their job..its their passion.
One of the best aspects of being an airline pilot is that there are no office-politics, you know exactly what is expected from you and you don't have to take job-related bullshit home with you. On the rare occasions when you fly a trip with someone you dislike, you can bid-off of the remaining trips with that person for the rest of the month.
I don’t understand as ATC would never repeat themselves in such quick succession. They would assume a loss of communications if the aircraft did not respond, they would not repeat themselves so many times.
Always a pleasure to watch L/H cockpit crews.Always professional and the subtle teaching aspects between the Captain and the First Officer,The old hand, and the young "kid" to his right
Beautiful: no other words! I was, as tourist, in 1985 at the Boeing Plant in Everett. No internet ... only I wrote a letter to the Boeing tour center in order to visit the biggest airplanes factory worldwide! I was 27 old. Nice to remember for me!
I can't believe I didn't 'discover' this website before now. It just gives you a real rush and appreciation to what these pilots 'handle' with precise timing, execution, and respect for each other and the ATC. Bravo.
Whomever produces these videos for Pilots Eye does the best job ever. I really enjoy the penned in diagrams of the planned routes, and the back ground music is pleasant and not at all invasive. Very well done folks!
I’m trying to watch as much as I can with these videos. Each and every one is always awe inspiring. How I envy the pilots. But in my lifetime, there’s no way I can be a pilot now. All I can do is just enjoy these videos from a chair.
@aviation World...I could watch these videos for hours. The LUFT pilot is very calm and is professional in all the videos i've seen of him. Lufthansa will lose a great employee when he decides to retire.
Great video. One of the best. Nothing like taking delivery of your brand new Boeing. Our only work to do was clean up the odd carpet fibers here and there and enjoy the new smells for a few months.
i particularly love the part where the experienced pilot led off by saying left to test the fella who corrected right turn for failure.. man what a joy.
OH I remember I went to Seattle in last fall. It was beautiful. And the Boeing factory could be seen from the airport to the downtown. It was very nice.
I must have watched this at least 15 times now.....brilliant videos....Please upload more....If u'd filmed the entire trip from Seattle to Frankfurt, I wouldve sat n watched....Superb!
Das Video ist etwa 6 Jahre alt und ich habe endlich das Lied 07:40 gefunden. Das ist echt ein Schwachpunkt bei Pilotseye, dass sie einfach nicht die Musiktitel nennen
Me when I’m in the plane: *omg dumb pilots can we just go like hurry up!!!!* Pilots: *blah blah blah 365 80 blah blah blah takeoff blah blah engine* Me watching this video: *oh.... so that’s... okay...*
I once dreamt to become a pilot. But I couldn't afford even 1/10th of that money. Now I am enjoying my lost dream in Microsoft Flight Simulator. While I play that game, I imagine myself like this proud caption.
I was in the car tho other day with the wife and as we pulled away from the house after going a 100 yards down the road I heard myself saying rotate to her as we picked up speed
Love watching German crews in action. They are the definition of professionalism.
Not just Germans. All of them are excellent and worthy. You should check out the Swiss crew as well. I wish the production crew can expand to all countries but I think they’re just limited to Swiss and German.
Well-trained and professional pilots are well-trained and professional.
Agreed. These men exemplify professionalism
You will definitely have the best odds of a great flight
American pilots are professional too.🙂
I could watch these for hours...wait, I *DO* watch these for hours! lol So informative and the professionalism is outstanding.
Same here I'm addicted.
Same

"incredible"
Takeoff was from Paine Field, Everett Washington. These men are absolute professionals, very impressive. And the 777 is a beauty.
Just Spectacular! Cool calm professional and happy pilots!
Thanks! And the aircraft is absolutely amazing. It's my current now too, with Lufthansa.

But there aren't ugly pilots. :/
josiew47 i
Günther Achterhof Und wie fliegt sich so eine 777? Will auch mal Pilot werden.
The 777 and those GE-90 engines are a engineering masterpiece. And in the hands of these great pilots the Triple 7 is complete.
The ATC "turn left" remix made my day 😂
Haha!
Left left!.... Left!.... Left Left! (8)
I don’t understand as ATC would never repeat themselves in such quick succession. They would assume a loss of communications if the aircraft did not respond, they would not repeat themselves so many times.
@@SketchRC The video has been edited to add the extra 'left's
Right I was not ready for that💀

This moment of silence after both Pilots wishes each other have fun or enjoy it. Then the music in the backgorund...so so nice!😍

Love the relaxed environment. Something about knowing the back is empty just changes the attitude for the whole flight.

Wonderful flight crew and what a friendly 1st. Officer!

Don't you miss when the world was "normal".
Need to thanks CCP
Thank the government they even know when all this will end it’s so obvious
No. I like it better this way
My world is normal, always unmasked, unmuzzled, unvaxed, unafraid.
2016-2019 was prime time
Love each and every one of these videos. Watching the pilots fly the SID departures is a great learning tool.
You make the most beautiful cockpit-view videos anywhere on youtube. Thank you.
I'm always amazed by how the pilots remember everything and every number to readback to control.
Ruben they dont. They write it down lol
Some Wright it done, some dont
Most frequency changes are expected. I usually just read them off the radio haha.
@@TheRealSlimShady509 I know I did when I was working on my instrument rating!
@@markymarknj same for me! No chance im remembering everything ATC is telling me
That`s fantastic !!! Many thanks guys, you`re the best !!!
I have to write everything down no matter how many times I've done it. His read back was awesome.
One of the most beautiful pilot tv videos so far. Thank you!
Pilots are pros. 777 is a beauty. Even with all the math, it’s still fascinating how something that big and heavy flies.
this was amazing to watch even in 2021, the precision the skill, the professionalism. beautiful to see even the slight hazing. very cool.
2022 😁
@aviation World...I could watch these videos for hours. The LUFT pilot is very calm and is professional in all the videos i've seen of him. Lufthansa will lose a great employee when he decides to retire.
Calm, hehe? Why shouldn't he be calm?
Wonderful video... Outstanding clips. @7:39 beautiful track started when Claus said beautiful......one of the best video compilation in aviation
After 6 years I found out yesterday: The song is „Top Down“ by Alex Jacke
Great video. One of the best. Nothing like taking delivery of your brand new Boeing. Our only work to do was clean up the odd carpet fibers here and there and enjoy the new smells for a few months.
Der Kapitän strahlt nur Ruhe und vertrauen, der Co-Pilot soll glücklig sein
looks very comfortable and easy calm. I rewind this clip all day
i particularly love the part where the experienced pilot led off by saying left to test the fella who corrected right turn for failure.. man what a joy.
You guys have done a fantastic job. I really enjoy watching these videos . I work in shipping industry still I find it so much relevant to me.
Claus Richter! One of my favourite pilots! Spectacular take-off!
Namit Arjaria Claus with C please!
Corrected :) Thanks!
Namit Arjaria I could watch him fly all day. Simply the best.
Clearance Clarence? Roger, Roger. What's your vector, Victor?
Ouver meet Under. Under Ouver, Ouver Dunn.
Surely you can't be serious? Do you like gladiator movies?
I cant tell you, you can tell me, im the captain
I do like gladiator films, and don't call me shirley.
It's an entirely different kind of flying, all together.
Take off was from Paine Field in Everett, Wa. 30-40min north of Seattle. That Boeing plant is the largest building in the world by volume btw :)
One of my favorite videos. Wonderful crew, magnificent new 777F aircraft.
See even German experienced pilots love the triple 7.
Dieser "left" remix😂
true story, bro! :D
So etwas ist in JEDEM PilotsEye-Film drin.

Comandant, you are a wonderfull air professional, congratulations from Brazil
Very nice video. The pilot is very calm.
Do you expect pilots not to be calm?
The 777 is such a beautiful aircraft, nearly flys itself event without any input
Every time I see video about flying and Lufthansa Airbus lm feel blasuer and trusted about this air ways...Thank you
Th co-pilot has a lovely voice! Just the kind of reassuring sound you want in turbulence!
Awesome!!! Brand new from the factory huh ! Lovely!
That's Paine Field in Mukilteo! I grew up in that neighborhood
Great professional teamwork from everyone.

That Boeing 777 is a beautiful plane!
Noticed more than a few Lufthansa Cargo 777s departing Snohomish Co on the infinite flight advanced server this morning.
That was awesome. I'm saving up for one of these things-only $295,700,000 to go!
Hi Jason, If you could get 0% financing it could be yours w/ 36 payments @ $821,388.88/month.... ;-)
What bill are you trying to pass through Congress to justify that number?
Love this Tv Channel!!! So good
Thats one happy crew right there.
I would also like to see videos of Southwest and Delta doing TO's and approaches here.
Work of art watching the German pilots set up the flight..
very professional pilots. Amazing !
Der Kapitän is LOVING it :)
Das Video ist etwa 6 Jahre alt und ich habe endlich das Lied 07:40 gefunden. Das ist echt ein Schwachpunkt bei Pilotseye, dass sie einfach nicht die Musiktitel nennen
FOR SOME REASON I LOVE THAT ENGINE START SOUND
Just imagining what an amazing experience it must be to pick up a brand new plane from the factory and be the first ones to fly her home
Lufthansa and KLM pilotsa are very professional.
Very cool captain i've ever seen.. have a nice flight captain... Salam n Peace from Malaysia
Outstanding. :)
Nice video, too bad it ended so abruptly!!
So friendly pilots 👨✈️👨🏻✈️
very very good pilot!!Regarding the Attitude and
professionalism!!
wunderbare Arbeit! schön aussicht
Here at KSAT, I saw a Lufthansa Cargo yesterday. Would love to see that video. If Swissair ever comes to KSAT, hope Thomas and Jenny come here also.
Swissair went bankrupt in 2002. It’s called Swiss International Airlines now.
Just to clarify, this isn't SEATAC. This runway is actually at Boeings plant that is near Mukulteo. (A ways from Seattle!).
Paine Field is the Boeing plant but a lot of testing is done at Boeing Field just to the North of SEATAC.
@@Zone5Aviation Heavies are mostly delivered out of Paine Field though.
Amazing footage. I'm so happy for this crew that they got to experience this!
nice to find this channel...
It is my absolute dream to fly the 777 one day. I will get there one day and life will be complete.
Absolut phantastisch!
Super Lufthansa :)
nah, just a heavy...
They left from Paine field which is the initial point of departure for 777s. It came home.
Absolutely great Video's , Thank you Crew and Lufthansa . Greetings from Dallas Texas
German pilots are so handsome! 🐈
Another day in the office. What a job!
Why do I watch this? I can't look away.
Wonderful !! Good team!! Congratulations.

Boeing 777 what a beautiful aircraft.
GE-90 is so powerful, the had to derate the thrust to 83.4% for take off.
Aghni Raesa
No. Because they were basically empty.
On takeoff there is nothing like 'too much thrust'. Engine de-rates are calculated and executed to save engine life time.
Aghni Raesa Yes, they did a TO2.
That new aircraft smell! 😁
"After take-off checklist: After take-off. Checklist complete." rotfl that was funny haha
Great video.
Good show! 😊
Are Lufthansa and Lufthansa cargo pilots taught to say their callsign in the beginning while reading back
Yes indeed, they are!
Danke schön
Great job gentleman .
This is KPAE Boeing Everett not seattle! Paine field where the 787 767 777 747 are built. Former Boeing Employee
Awesome!
Question. Does this crew do a test flight before accepting delivery?
So they are picking up they new 777? Wow!
I love the 777
