Hi, I didn't catch which fabric store was having a sale. I know periodically most have 1.99 sale on some patterns. I super love the denim jumpsuits, actually all the jumpsuits. I also like the idea of the blazer dress. I am curvy also and it's really hard to find those types of dresses that fit our hips and is also very flattering and not too short. Thanks for sharing.
$1.99 I wish! They rised the prices of patterns to $5. I rather take a pattern making class next semester I already have enough patterns to last me a while.

Some of those patterns looked like some from the early 70s. Especially those wide bell bottoms with the seam up and across the seat. My pair had red denim accents in the sides that carried across the seat. And of course all the peasant top features and the midi skirt. Great fun styles coming back. Gonna be an old lady hippie I guess. lol
Oh my god, about 3 weeks ago I brought some black pants from Target on clearance that look just like Vogue1640. I love those pant. I'm glad you found a pattern so I can have different colors. Jumpsuits are life. You have to make the genie bottoms they would look amazing on you. I have to agree about the jumpsuit sleeves. I can wait to get some of these patterns. Finding fabric is so hard because we only have JoAnne fabric they are basic. Have you did anything in African print? Happy Sewing!

That jacket/coat on the first pattern that you didnt like.. That's similar to what I was talking about in your fabric haul video. Make THAT coat using the sheer yellow fabric and make a skirt/pant out of the yellow cord fabric to go with it.👌Leave the jkt long if making the skirt, shorten it to hip length if making the pant.👍 Blessings♡
No......current sale ad is ALL patterns....$5 each......... They have gone crazy.....Vogue was staying at $5......for a long time....... used to have M & S @ 99. Cents......then went to $1.99..... now $5.
I made the view C M8009. Had to make some bust adjustments but it turned out cute. The waist doesn't have elastic, just gathers. Next time I make it I'll add the elastic. Maybe to back to cinch it in. I'll send you pics on your Instagram. 💜

Made By Our Hands I think that some people will still buy them at the new prices but they will be selective on which ones to buy. No one wants to spends lots of money on multiple patterns now. I wish they could’ve waited til starting next year to raise the prices.
My goal is to only purchase patterns that I will need that I can incorporate into my minimalist wardrobe. That way I can make adjustments to my tall frame with the arms, legs and my big boobies!
