Hi Terry I have glued & papered both solenoids on my C1860FW printer & I'm still getting a Paperjam in tray 1 message can yo give me any advice please mate? Should i buy new solenoids off Amazon? Regards Darren
clean the rollers with turpentine. The printer is entering geriatric years and I have largely removed them from my entire customer base. If you are in Australia there is bad paper doing the rounds under the brands "Keji". It is only 70gsm instead of the standard 80gsm and every samsung/HP is Jamming because of it.
I tried this fix, but the magnet does not seem to be causing this issue, the foam was still looking just fine. Even tho I applied some Super Glue to be sure and I still get the Paperjam in Tray 1 Error. What else could I try to fix it?

I seem to be having the same problem. I added glue to foam as well even though it look fine. I still get the same paper jam error. What else can I do?

Thank you. I did it. It did not work. I think that piece is busted. I removed the top metal piece printer works great
