Even with his regen him incomplete shiggy surviving all of the heroes attacks in the first war and the missile barrage against stars and stripes did feel like mad plot armor
With how OP Shigaraki is i think that the heroes are gonna need something like a massive quirk evolution for one of the main characters to help lessen the pressure on the battlefield or to get through to some of the villains like Toga
well toga doesnt know if shes a villian or a hero.. she'll become a hero and use twices quirk to create multiple deku's and then help him fight AFO and then kurogiri will basically warp shigi away from the city so they can fight full strength without hurting the city... but then again this is juist my theory theory no mi- model -idiot

Genetics is exactly the reason this wont happen. Nana wasn't born with one for all, she doesn't have any "one for all genes" quote on quote. She inherited it from the sixth user. (You probably knew that anyway but I just mentioned it regardless)

Idk with the way everything's been going this doesn't feel like the end of this iconic Manga series. The Academia School life part of the series? Yes, UA is reduced to ruble and Class 1A are supposed to be 2nd years by now but AFO and his forces were not going to quietly sit by forever hence why things have come to this. So therefore i dont think this is the indefinite end to Deku and his friends story. I think the indefinite end will come with the one thing Hero society is powerless to stop and that's the Doomsday Quirk theory where I can only imagine how hectic a super human society will get by then.

Every Quirk can get an Awakening but it has to be awakened through a raw burst of emotion or getting through something that's limiting your quirk. For instance, Tomura's Quirk was being limited due to his past, but getting through it allowed it to reach new heights. Toga as well gets an Quirk Awakening through her extreme emotional burst. Her quirk evolved to allow her to turn into someone she loves (Like Uraraka) and gain their quirk but if she gets the blood of someone she doesn't really care for or hate. It'll just allow her to copy their appearance.

I must say I am disappointed with how Shigaraki's story played out. I wanted him to be truly free of All For One so he could become his own villain. I feel like Shigaraki never got the chance to reach his full potential as a villain. As a villain, he was overflowing with such potential and promise. I kind of feel cheated that I won't get to see what he could have been. Imagine if his body reached full power and he was in complete control of it. In addition to this, imagine if he still had control of the Paranormal Liberation Front in its entirety and took full advantage of what it had to offer. That would have been a villain I would want to see. What a waste.
