Thank you. I came to look for some answers, I’ve only had mine for one month and the drip stop won’t stop beeping. I have the CM400 Series so idk how I can troubleshoot it the way you showed us here.
I had the same problem twice with mine. I fixed like this the first time, but it went out again. The second time I superglued a large round magnet like is in the video to the side of where he checked it. It bypasses the drip stop so if the drip stop is turned on it will overflow, but we never used the drip stop anyway.

Great video, where did you get your magnet from?
I probably got it from a refrigerator magnet but you can buy them at craft stores or online.
