I am extremely impressed by the scoring knife and the bread too!! I hope you don't mind, but I am going to take that design and make a few myself! My siblings all love to bake as well as my cousin's husband, and I know he would love one of these. I love the detail you put into the brass section that the blade sits in. You are a creative guy!
