I love to watch you work, such skill! I am fascinated with the repairing of the broken metal, the sanding, polishing and of course the creation of the beautiful handle. You always keep me enthralled until the very end! 🇦🇺🤗
Beautiful restoration job you did on the switchblade knife. It looks much better than before and you sharpened that blade so that it cuts with one stroke. I like the new handle you made as well. Excellent work as usual.
Too many channels just cake stuff with mud and say, Look how rusty it is! Pass on them. It's nice to see an honest restoration here though. Beautiful work and awesome handle material! New sub
Hey there, I watch your videos and I like your work so this is a solid 9 out of 10. I like the mirror finish and I wish more guys would do that. But for the scales, I would have chose bone or brass or some other more permanent substance that won't dry out or decay. Keep it up!
Hi sir wow wow amazing job what a bit of time and lv can do my friend that👌👍👏👏that is a top job sir 10 out of 10 thank you so much for your time sir 👍👏👏👌 see you on next one friend be safe sir england👍😁
I would rate it a 10. I am sure with the new handle it looks better than when the knife was first made. Probably an early 1970s knife. One question. The green in the handle, is that a plastic insert?
How long did it take you start to finish? And what was that handle made out of it was beautiful? For the time involved and the end result, I give you 10 +++.
You have to show off your collection of restored items
I love the handle. I've never seen wood like that. Very unique. 10/10 👍

Excellent restoration, especially the grips. Date wise I'd guess early 1970s onwards due to the coil spring.

🔟 perfect 👍🏻. Most likely, the Eastern European production
Nice job
undoubtedly, 10/10. I would have thrown in the towel from the start! However, how did you rebuild the spring destroyed by rust?
10/10 dobra ręczna robota👍
A beauty!

Excellent restoration, I don't love the handle. You did a great job but my personal preference would have been some other wood.

WOW! 10
Соду надо бы экономить и беречь. Это природный ископаемый минерал, исчерпаемый.
Gotta give you a 9 only because we didn't see how you replaced or didn't replace that broken spring.
10 !!!!!

MY RATING 15+ 🗡👍🙏😎🔥
You should have made a pattern of that knife. Do you know how much a quality knife like that sells 4 now days. Over and over and over?

its a different knife ... so no restoration ... but nice well done
Gotta be late 40’s early 50’s?
I will give you a 10 ! How did you know the knife was made in a prison?
How long did it take you start to finish? And what was that handle made out of it was beautiful? For the time involved and the end result, I give you 10 +++.
In the video it stated “stabilized maple burl”. I wonder where the green came from. Is it a part of the wood, or dyed, or ???
@capers72424 Thanks I must have missed it
@ maybe the green is resin? Someone else indicated it was…
If we guess close you have to give up something in your collection...I say 1953
Very perdy!
