Usually I love the longer videos, but having a new thomas heaton video to look forward to every day is going to be the perfect thing to get me through finals week.
I'm VERY surprised only 54% (?) wanted daily vlogs...I would have expected it to be much higher--so that there would be more behind-the-scenes content. Not that your "standard" video of look at me drive, hike, take a photo are boring (they're not), but here's a chance to see you in a business/assignment context where you're having to deliver images based on an expectation. This is very interesting and I'm glad you're doing this.
Another great daily vlog Thomas. It's a shame that there was so much mist on your hike and that you couldn't get some shots. Thank goodness you managed to get some in the Olive trees with the mist which were really nice. Look forward to the next one.
It doesn’t matter if you make daily Vlogs or weekly Videos, or including hourly Vlogs, we’ll keep seeing everything you upload because it’s the best’s videos that you will see on the world…congrats to the Andalucía for discovering Thomas Heaton…🥰
1:53 when you showed off the distant scenery I refused to believe that could be a good image but I never should've doubted you. 5 bands of colours going from earthy to increasing blues, stacked on top of each other like that, it might not be the highlight of this trip but it's a solid image as far as I'm concerned
Daily Vlog please, lived in Spain for 17 years and can’t get enough of this wonderful country, then a longer summary as the 8th episode? (And enjoy your “Panama Jacks” the most comfortable boots ever…
Great video Thom! Thank you for bringing me along. You make great images. Loved that hotel room. I really enjoy the daily vlogs. You have great pacing with the video. Please keep up the dailies for this trip.
Just finished watching the published documentary! Really liking these tourism projects where tourism boards invite many creators with different styles to document their little corner of the world.
Same here. Loving the daily detail. It's the small moments that you lose when doing single weekly blogs etc. that I really appreciate. Thank you and good luck for the rest of the trip!
Speaking for a family in Australia, we love everything you put up Thomas and will definitely watch every single one of this vlog series in Spain. You always have us chuckling.
For someone who has owned an apartment in Fuengirola (Málaga Province), like myself, I must say that your photos of that area in Andalusia are really not the typical/topical ones. They even remind me photos that could have been shot in Galicia (my home region) ... if we leave olive trees apart 😀 Anyway, great shots, great video, and great daily vlog!
I have to say - clever choice by the andalucian tourism organisation. especially thinking about getting a britsh photographer to spain in november, probably more or less the only time of the year you have to deal with britsh weather there ;-)
When you mentioned you used to climb there I did wonder if it was El Chorro, then when you said it, it brought back so many memories of my climbing trip in the mid 90's. Long before the 'new' Camino Lel Rea was rebuilt. We traversed along the crumbling walkway hundreds of feet from the valley floor with huge sections broken away. Wow, what an adventure so I'm really looking forward to your next episode for sure.
NiceThomas having you in this part of the South of Spain. I can see that apart from being in the Camino del Rey you've ended up in the Torcal de Antequera and as it was very predictable you've been caught in a good fog. I hope you enjoyed the scenery and had the chance to come across a good herd of Spanish ibex.
❤ the diversity. I like to hear your daily life challenges with the Royal Mail, checking in with customers and all that on top of delivering images and hiking and everything else. Gives me a better understand if your “job”. Sometimes you make it look so easy and I know it’s not but this details it. I enjoy this.
Love Ronda it’s such a fantastic place. It’s been about 15 years since I last went there and you’ve just inspired me to go back 😍 fabulous photos and yes must get a 100-400 😀
You are a natural for this format. Keeping it up on a non-regular basis would be great. Would you do a behind-the-scenes on the vlogging equipment please?
Well done, You're an entertaining photographer. Your weekly videos are great, these daily Vllogs are great. Well done. Sounds like a fantastic trip and an area to add to my list of places to visit on this wonderful planet we share.
That was a struggeling day Thomas. I can feel a little bit of pressure there. But… so far so good. The mist/tree photo’s are looking very nice. I also thaught there was an image there to be taken from the terras with the pool🤔
¡Qué alegría me da ver que has estado en la provincia de Málaga y en lugares que conozco muy bien! Espero que hayas disfrutado y hayas conseguido grandes fotos.
I really like your "old" format (driving, camping, cooking, hiking...), but I am also enjoying every second of these daily vlogs. They are dynamic, they are keeping my full attention from the first to the last second, and the story itself is amazing. I cannot wait to see what the final outcome of this trip will be. And I certainly do hope that you will get a similar opportunity in the near future and that we will able to watch it :)
I would say that was a productive day and a great finish being in the misty woodland despite the challenging start Thomas. I know you spoke recently about keeping the channel fresh and a series like this once and a while for bespoke assignments is definitely interesting so definitely won’t be missing any of your uploads
Thomas because of the shower scene as it’s just so random, but funny because of the shower scene. I’m going to watch every day for you to keep the numbers up and that’s because you were brave enough to put the shower scene in
Wow. Amazing shots and great video. Good luck getting your own driver. The pool with reflections would have looked amazing, but not very Heaton. Glad its a daily vlog, really enjoying them.
Loving loving loving these daily vlog videos. Its not too long, which makes it easy to watch them in a short break. Loving the casual nature of these vlogs too. Like we are there with you travelling and experiencing. From my side, I can assure you Thomas, I will watch every video of yours till the last minute. Keep going my man. Also loved those foggy trees photographs. ❤
On a totally unrelated note: Ronda, that's where dEUS recorded their album The Ideal Crash. Why I remember these kinds of things, I don't know. But it's a great album.
So cool to see my homeland through the eyes of my two favourite photogaphers (you and Nick C that is). Hopefully one of you two (or both) will make it to Seville! Also your pronunciation of that rolling R in Ronda is A++ 😅
I'm loving these daily vlogs, Thomas.
Glad you like them! See how you feel in a few days 🤣
Usually I love the longer videos, but having a new thomas heaton video to look forward to every day is going to be the perfect thing to get me through finals week.

Thanks a lot. I don't think my wording was clear in the poll, cos I was also surprised.
I love the vlog, something to look forward to everyday. Hope you don't wear yourself out!
"I don't want the tourist shot; I don't want the postcard shot; I just want what I want to shoot." Well said, Tom.
who on earth said they didn't want a daily Vlog???? Keep going Thomas - we know it's worth it!
Woohoo!! Numbers are up on the daily Vlog! Remembers me of the good old days with 2 vids a week! “Until next time! Bye for now!”
Another great daily vlog Thomas.
It's a shame that there was so much mist on your hike and that you couldn't get some shots. Thank goodness you managed to get some in the Olive trees with the mist which were really nice.
Look forward to the next one.
YEP! love seeing you do your thing on a daily basis for 1 week...hard work but we love it! cheers
Amazing fog images Thomas.
Not sure about the Japanese music in Spain 🤔🤣🤣
It doesn’t matter if you make daily Vlogs or weekly Videos, or including hourly Vlogs, we’ll keep seeing everything you upload because it’s the best’s videos that you will see on the world…congrats to the Andalucía for discovering Thomas Heaton…🥰
It must be a lot of extra work but the daily output is a perfect format for that kind of assignment, so if you can keep it up, I'll keep watching
1:53 when you showed off the distant scenery I refused to believe that could be a good image but I never should've doubted you. 5 bands of colours going from earthy to increasing blues, stacked on top of each other like that, it might not be the highlight of this trip but it's a solid image as far as I'm concerned

“I’m sticking with you” as the song goes. Wouldn’t miss it for the world. Loving all the twists and turns of the daily vlog. ❤❤❤❤❤
Great video Thom! Thank you for bringing me along. You make great images. Loved that hotel room. I really enjoy the daily vlogs. You have great pacing with the video. Please keep up the dailies for this trip.

I love when I sit down for lunch at work and you’ve released a video. So being able to do it all week is AWESOME!!
Love the daily vlogs !!!!
Lovely part of the country. I live in Valencia and hardly ever get mist, let alone fog. Terrific mini series, thank you.
Daily vlog is great for the special trips. With a final video summarizing the trip.
8:27 "Too misty" is my favourite! Different strokes for different folks. Good to hear and see something of your process. Thanks!
Enjoying the daily vlog ! Thanks Thomas
Speaking for a family in Australia, we love everything you put up Thomas and will definitely watch every single one of this vlog series in Spain. You always have us chuckling.
As daily vlogs go, this could be one of the better ones ! Don't forget to enjoy yourself.
As you're having an adventure that most of us can only dream of, I am finding these daily vlogs infinitely enjoyable!
I moved to málaga recently so this series is going to be great to see what you can find! Great video and looking forward to the rest!
For someone who has owned an apartment in Fuengirola (Málaga Province), like myself, I must say that your photos of that area in Andalusia are really not the typical/topical ones. They even remind me photos that could have been shot in Galicia (my home region) ... if we leave olive trees apart 😀
Anyway, great shots, great video, and great daily vlog!
malaga always sunny! very unlucky day! :D
Yes, yes daily vlogs for sure!
You move into a room like I do. within 5 mins stuff everywhere . . . . enjoying these very much.
keep on keeping on, these are enjoyable to watch
Daily vlogs much better than one long one. All vlogs these days need to be fairly short as we have so many great ones to try and watch!
I have to say - clever choice by the andalucian tourism organisation. especially thinking about getting a britsh photographer to spain in november, probably more or less the only time of the year you have to deal with britsh weather there ;-)
Hello, Thomas. I like your daily vlogs and I’ll watch the whole lot. Don’t stop!
Welcome to my back yard, well, almost. I live up north a few hours in Murcia and never get fog or mist like that. Great presentation!
Wife and I are very much enjoying these. keep it up.
These daily vlogs are such fun to watch. And the photography is superb! Thank you.
wonderful! Love the adventure and your vision of what to shoot. Love the daily vlogs.
I do like your daily vlog more than your normal video. Thanks

Andalusia deserves more than just one video and all these beautiful locations are served best by a daily Vlog.
The fog was definitely your friend today. Superb images.
I'm LOVING the daily vlogs!
Love these daily vlogs,
Channelling Simon Baxter with those misty tree images.
NiceThomas having you in this part of the South of Spain. It's just awesome. You have me wanting to visit Spain now, and that was one place never on my radar. It looks like you are having fun. Enjoy.
Wait until tomorrow's video! You'll be booking flights before the days end.

I love that area, especially the Gratzalama(sp?) Mountains and villages. Lovely area.
Excellent video! I love the daily content! Your episode today was such a REAL experience! UPS and DOWNS! Thanks for taking me along!
Despite the fog, stunning images today

Wow, very nice location! Looking forward to the next.
7 days or 1 condensed, your work is appreciated and helps us stay inspired. Thank you from Canada eh?
These are great! Nice change of pace from the weekly vids.
Just wanted to tell you how fantastic and even more authentic are your daily vlogs from Spain! Kudos

Brilliant!!! I can only imagine the volume of work involved in producing this series of videos.... it's much appreciated Tom. Great work
