I know bigos can pretty much sit in a jar for months, I'm just worried. What other great food could I send? Pierogi? Kopytka? I am always so excited to see someone try something polish and like it, it may mean i'm more patriot i would like to be but i anyway it is nice that you like our polish treats even if they're not so delicious like makarena, which i personally think is way too sweet and way to chemical in flavour. Tho makarena and elitesse are kind of classic old polish sweets which were created during harder times for poland so some people like them because of the memories they bring to them. And still. I am disappointed no one sent you krówki yet. I might be doing it soon :)

You should make a review of Polish sausages/meat. They are best in the world! I am from Poland but i work and live in Germany for my luck there is a shop nearby with Polish food of which im very happy cause i can afford my favourite food there... even Germans visit often this shop due to our legendary sausages taste. I'm from Poland and I love videos like this! Princessa kokosowa, herbatniki and Bieszczadzkie Suchary are one of my favourite sweets. I also eat suchary without anything haha. But I don't like Pawełek bc it's too sweet for me. Greetings xx
If I eat bieszczadzkie suchary, I eat them without anything. I don't know if there is some special way to eat them :P Also - it's Pawełek, not Pawetek :) Instead of t there is ł ( l with dash, Ł )
My girlfriend lives in Poland. I have been a few times. It was a long drive. Never go during Easter. It took 3 hours in line to get through the border. Every polish person in Germany went home for Easter it seemed

I'm from Poland and I never seen Makarena and Elitessa in shop. I think u must try traditional Polish Bigos, Schabowy or Pierogi Ruskie :)

You can make halwa paste, mix sesame paste with dates molasses and you can add a dash of cardamom. Really tasty.
