Definitely noticing adversarial articles against wild naturally growing food. Thank you for covering Spurge too, because it volunteered along my garden walkway this year.

The best purslane video I have yet seen. Loved the ~ fancy type ~ you used to emphasize purslane's Omega 3 content. You mentioned all the concerns, such as oxalates, and the danger of confusing purslane with its toxic quasi-lookalike, spurge. Thank you for sharing your knowledge about wild foods!
Note: I avoid logging in to TH-cam, but enjoyed your video so much that I had to upvote and subscribe. You have a fun speaking voice!

This is really interesting. Purslane is such a versatile weed, I am going to get some and make a purslane pesto sauce. Also wondering if you have done a feature on the aronia berry?

I actually purchased Purslane seeds last spring to intentionally grow in soil I prepared for them next to my fence and nothing grew for me out of 25 seeds I was so disappointed

Oxalic Acid? I've seen this on other channels. My advice to people, not an expert, drink some water.
