The way ArcSys makes 3D models means that to do an alternate costume they'd need to reanimate every bit about the character from scratch. They can do alternate colors for the model, but they can't swap out the model.

The soundtrack is the only reason I paid extra money. If I knew they’d release the full package down the road I wouldn’t have done that.

Anyway, This roster is weak especially when most of the characters are underplayed. Gran, Kat, Ferry, Lanc dominate online play they are far too common. The other characters besides Narmaya, Percival, and Zeta are practically nonexistent (I'm not counting Soriz or Djeeta since they're still fairly new). This game NEEDS more characters or this balance patch needs to make some serious changes. They announced Pass 2 a few months before the game's release. Considering how fast they released the pass 1 characters, I was expecting to see Bell by Summer at least. Nah I'm not content and neither are the people that have been complaining "incomplete game" since release. Roster size isn't everything but considering the state this game is in... Games are still releasing as planned during all this and I'm sure a game like FF7 has been plenty successful even with the amount of unemployed, etc.

Zooey seems like a setup based character with her dragons and generally high combo potential that we can gather from this trailer. Less Percival or Bubs and more like pre-patch Ramlethal from Guilty Gear. Just a constant threat no matter where you are on screen.

This roster is weak especially when most of the characters are underplayed. Gran, Kat, Ferry, Lanc dominate online play they are far too common. The other characters besides Narmaya, Percival, and Zeta are practically nonexistent (I'm not counting Soriz or Djeeta since they're still fairly new). This game NEEDS more characters or this balance patch needs to make some serious changes. They announced Pass 2 a few months before the game's release. Considering how fast they released the pass 1 characters, I was expecting to see Bell by Summer at least. Nah I'm not content and neither are the people that have been complaining "incomplete game" since release. Roster size isn't everything but considering the state this game is in... Three months for a balance patch? Come on, "they've been working tirelessly" stop -.-

This game is balance for the first game release. And im not suprised to see character pass 2 to be release on fall when there a world pandemic.

Vas, Lowain, Metera, Charlotta, Bubz, Ladiva you rarely see online. Go on your profile and look at your matches played. It will tell you every single match you've had against every character. This game is definitely not balanced especially when the devs addressed it themselves...
Don't use the pandemic as an excuse either, Smash is the only game to have addressed it with their dlc plans. Games are still releasing as planned during all this and I'm sure a game like FF7 has been plenty successful even with the amount of unemployed, etc.
@@Blue-qi4tl actually i already fight that top 4 .I didnt felt intimidated by katalina she's feel honest. Gran is just too complete, he reminded me of bardock and ruby. I know how strong lancelot is, but i love bullying them or the otherway around. Ferry is the only one i say is broken but hey this is arcsys we're talking , after a broken thing remove there will be another broken thing or that broken thing still there. Ladiva is a contender of top 5 , i already lose to much against her. I dont believe in who's strong anymore after that sonicfox base vegeta. A character can drop from tier list by a months like goku black or cell because everyone already know what they can do.

Eh, I expected wayyy better, she looks like a bubz and Percy mix kinda boring....maybe I’m wrong. Already looking at season 2. I wish the had a female brawler/grappling character like an R.Mika or at least stray away from the Ryu/ ken fireball DP archetype
Zooey seems like a setup based character with her dragons and generally high combo potential that we can gather from this trailer. Less Percival or Bubs and more like pre-patch Ramlethal from Guilty Gear. Just a constant threat no matter where you are on screen.

@@ericx6969 actually og gbf was originally made as browser game, its just designed to be more convenient to be played using mobile browser. Only then they create the app. But its available in japan only, not global. Full eng in game, you can just switch language. Btw, once you start progressing in the game you'll eventually choose the browser anyway to race in raids etc etc cuz the app won't be fast enough to loads. (￣−ω−￣)
