Vikala is one of the Zodiacs (same group as Anila), specifically the Rat one, you can see her peeking from behind a tree on the left side Anila's stage. For a time she was pretty much the most popular female character in the game because people found her really endearing, specially her "off stage" personality. The guy's Sandalphon, he's tied to Lucifer and Belial lorewise, and is pretty much the most famous character in the game by a lot.
They've really been following the popularity polls. Every characters that was high on the list is pretty much confirmed. Kinda interested in who they will make next, now that we have all the most popular ones.
That’s really good to hear, as an outsider seeing her was jarring but I’m sure once she’s in I’ll get drawn in too. Also I’ve heard about sandalphon too, my friends are so excited for him xD. I’m super glad this game is popping off it deserves it
