There's a housing crisis going on and all these fat rich bastards are spending 4mil on one house. You could build a ton of apartments for the same. More than half of these places are empty most of the time and no one is there. Worked as an Amazon delivery driver delivering up there and no one is ever home. Making it even more disgusting to waste so much resources on "trophy houses"

Not super huge… the kitchen and living room feel being in the street! They cheaped out on certain finishes. Do we hear children screaming in the background?!😅

None. They look like restaurants not like a home kitchen. They demand staff. Not one person is going to clean all that. Every day. Looks like a prescription for a dirty messy kitchen on a daily basis and clean once a week.

Dream home…

Absolutely

It’s nice but for some reason I don’t love it. It feels very busy. So many different patterns and textures in very close proximity for very prominent fixtures in your home that you’re now either married to or will have to pay a premium to rip out: plus black hardware wears out very fast, the double island is too close together and makes that room look smaller than it is, the glass walls around the dining room will be a b to take care of…this home is for someone but even if I had this kind of money it wouldn’t be for me. It’s very unpractical.
