Pumpkin Treats | Handling the Harvest

Come along with me while I show you how I use a very large pumpkin from the pantry for my small family of two humans and three dogs.

RECIPE
Pumpkin Cake:
4 eggs at Room Temp
1.25 C Sugar
1 C Vegetable Oil
15oz Roasted Pumpkin
2C All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
Recommended Addition:
All Spice
Pre-heat Oven to 350F
Pour Batter into 9x13 inch pan
Bake for ~30 Minutes until done
Once cake is cool,
Top with cream cheese frosting or Honey

Dog Treats (Original) Recipe:
3 C All Purpose Flour
2 Large Eggs
1/3 C Water (or Broth)
Addition of Pumpkin
or Peanut butter not specified
in original recipe
Cut into desired shapes
Bake at 350F for ~50 minutes
Cool and store in fridge
for up to 2 weeks
