Recovery from that can take FAR longer than many think, so the rental market locally will stay very robust. Beyond that, lending standards for rental homes have adjusted and there are fewer potential rental owners who can qualify, which impacts them, yet the institutional buyers are still very capable, and 25% of sales in Q3 of 2021 were to investors undeterred by the market. It's still SO much more affordable than other markets like Texas and California. Does that help?
