How is it possible to have not elected people ( like this lady) running a huge association like this european union?

You elect people who'll be in your national government (the ruling party), who elect people who'll be in European Council (your president or PM), which nominates the leader oft he European comission (Ursula).
But this person needs to be elected by European parliament, who candidate in European parties (usually some party which is already in your government, but may be in different coalition in EP), which you elect in European elections.
So... yes, technically she was elected by the common people. Very indirectly though.

My country Cyprus, is still half almost occupied by Turkey since 1974.
Turkey, using the very similar excuses like the Russians today ,for to excuse their invasion in Ukraine. For to protect their minority , found a chance been given , on 1974, invaded the island kicked us Cypriots out from our hones, Villages and Towns ,been replaced till on our days mainly by Turks ,settlers from its mainland . Ignoring of all of the UN resolutions about peace and justice for the island, is even trying today to turn of those occupyed areas .Our homes, Villages and Towns ,in to a separate recognise state.

IF, even the 1/3 from those measures we all follows against Russia, supporting Ukrainia ,on it's struggle for freedom , was taken also and against Turkey , the island could of been. free .

Also why didn't Ursula mention the disastrous situation of human rights that she and the other folks of the EU commission are causing in the first place? You plan to ban encrypted chats, you introduce mass surveillance and digital control tools, you take away basic rights from people and you're in a process to create a society where only the richest of people can still afford decent housing, food, ways of travelling/moving and have freedoms like privacy or presumed innocence. Furthermore you let people suffer, drown and die in the mediterranean, in camps and at the borders by the help of your murderous Frontex agency. Why aren't you mentioning that? Are you leaving that out willingly to manipulate people and therefore spreading even more disinformation?

One or two weeks later. The speech is now outdated. being obsoleted by a hard reality. The union is in an emergency situation. Call it "migrant crisis". no prejudices here but the numbers of boat-people (refugees or maybe not, I hate this word "illegal" because people themselves are not illegal, maybe only the way they are trying to migrate into Europe is possibly illegal in case if they are not urged, not required to do so or not being threatened from where they migrate and simply migrate because of free will or by an opportunity being offered) are finally numbers and they are way too high.
