- An arraignment took unexpected delays when a murder defendant began showing odd behavior in court. #BioncaEllis had to appear before a judge three different times because she refused to answer questions, laughed at times, and even made smiling faces to the camera. Ellis is accused of randomly stabbing a 3-year-old and his mom, killing the little boy.

Many of those women in prison are there for hurting children as well, so don’t get your hopes up. She’ll be enjoying her self in there. If you talking about what I think you are, the reason is because certain “other people” can’t differentiate between someone being suspicious and someone just minding their business while being “certain people”. The problem stems from people who think just because someone is a part of “certain people” that they need to be supervised more than others.

Yeah probably no bail was in n order but $5M is so high in which someone would have to put up $500K cash and assets to get her released on bail which is highly unlikely.

She isn't "setting up" an insanity defense. She has a history of severe mental illness, she's been arrested before.
She's had a long history of mental health issues. She's not setting up anything
I had a squatter in my apartment who was prostituting herself there. Her general attitude was that she was the most important person in the world and that there should be immediate retaliation against anyone who crossed her, which is actually a rational attitude among species like crocodiles. (Kind crocodiles get eaten by the others.) Before she finally got evicted, she cut the electrical cords on all the appliances, egged the walls, through coca-cola everywhere, and called the police to accuse another tenant of attacking her and causing the damage. She was totally out of control and never paid a cent of rent or deposit, but the Massachusetts court system gave her her due process before evicting her.

Give it a few days. Start looking on infamous web forums for this to be updated. Cuz the media will never report on it once it comes out. It always is. It will come out that it was motivated by what I just named in previous comment. Except the media won't report on that. However, infamous anon web forums will. And they will post all the screenshots and archive everything so it can be proven. I doubt it will take more than a week til the internet has screenshots of social media she posted proving me right. It happens EVERY time.

I think they use them more as a deterrent and also if there's an incident like vandalism, car collision, kidnapping etc. they can go back and check the tape.

There needs to be a mass protest against the judge Brian Hagan, who was the one that let her out, ignored the warning signs & said he does not regret letting this monster out and would do it again. Julian Woods will never get justice as long as Brian Hagan doesn't face punishment. But people will protest for criminals but not for a 3 year old boy.

Mental Health on no medication it's obvious her behavior does not reflect a realistic person's Behavior after a tragic incident or even if she was having a moment of insanity she is still in her psychosis. She probably doesn't feel fear empathy guilt pain. It's disgusting that people don't go on their medication. some people have never even been diagnosed and people just call them crazy instead of Baker Acting them or finding them help or supportful family. She may have a mental illness diagnosis. However, I’m curious to know if she was under the care of a psychiatrist and does have medication prescribed to her? The one thing I don’t want to do is make assumptions based on bizarre behavior. I personally am leaning towards the idea that she is faking it. I watched her virtual arraignment and she refused to look up at the judge, keeping her head down but speaking in a loud voice. Yet when she was dragged into the courtroom and faced the judge, she only spoke in a whisper. When the judge asked her if she had a copy of the complaint against her, she replied “si”. She replied “yes” in the Spanish language. I feel like she’s doing this to confuse people. So in an appeal she can claim that she didn’t say something, or never acknowledged that she had certain things that she is supposed to have.
