- Bionca Ellis, the woman accused of allegedly fatally stabbing 3-year-old Julian Wood, appeared in court for a pre-trial hearing Monday morning.
To stab a baby in the face requires death penalty. I am so angry 😡 about this.

She's actually exhibiting evidence of mental illness because usually when people are faking they exhibit a steady stream of calculated abnormal behavior or "act like they're crazy". Her head tilting and attempts to appear attentive and normal are indication that she's mentally gone. Don't worry, she'll go to prison for life but she'll still be very unstable...like a good majority of prisoners are.

I’m a father and my heart broke my son just like the baby in this story was a pleasure to be around. He made my heart swell with pride and joy every minute I was with him.I feel so sorry for the mother and their entire family .I pray god gives them strength.

I think it’s like maybe even less than 5%. the lady who dismembered her bfs body , and had sex with his corpse tried to do that as well. she even swung on her lawyer . she was fit to stand trial . The thing with her she has previous statements of wanting to do something to end up in jail “ for a long time “ meaning at some point she was planning on doing something to someone . The week before this indcident she was GIDDY and doing a lil dance and smiling while being cuffed . she absolutely wants to be jail. I think personally ( she has another case with another PD ) she was forced to take whatever meds she’s not been taking . That could be why she’s sluggish and seems irritable OR it could be withdrawal . maybe she still hasn’t taken her meds and now she’s feeling the withdrawal symptoms . I know the other judge MIGHT have ordered an evaluation but They haven’t changed her plea to an insanity plea yet. it’s a very high bar to be considered criminally insane . at the very best they may think she doesn’t have the intelligence to understand what she did but who knows . That is what I question. There are moments she is “there” and then she goes into acting disassociation. I have no doubt she has mental illness, but to what extent? They do seem to escalate when she knows she is on camera. Her bond hearing, she was speaking in a normal voice behind the scenes, but in court she was doing the that whisper thing. Just mouthing the words. Time will tell. My prayers are with that sweet baby and his parents.

The facts are Ellis have been on medication under psychological counseling and part of her pathology is hearing voices.
This is a tragic event with the loss of a toddler and injuries to the mother.

Ellis previous court hearing showed she is suffering from psychosis and is delusional.
She had been ordered by a judge to have a psychological evaluation the week of the murder for a parole violation.
Because no counselor was available she was released from custody unfortunately.

Our Constitution doesn't allow that. It never did and that trial was surely unconstitutional but it was easier to get away with back then. If you were ever in the justice system I'm sure you'd be happy to have your right to fair trial violated.

Woah....wait a minute. Check your "whole community" before you go calling out Black people. Keep in mind that just a month or so prior to this heinous murder, your folks had a WHITE woman leave her own 1 year old child alone for an entire week while she partied in Puerto Rico. That poor child died of slow painful death from dehydration and starvation. That kid's death was differently heinous. She would have been better off being put out of her misery by her lousy mother than abandoned to suffer like that. My country the United States of America. We are innocent until proven guilty, there is due process and every breathing human being has the right to an attorney and a trial.
