The 5speed transmission in mine is bad. I have no 4th or 5th gear. So when I replace the transmission i will be doing the clutch.
I have no codes same car same transmission, car doesn’t move in any gear. It isn’t the axles or anything else. When I place the transmission in park, it has a hard grind unless I shut the car off first. I’ve checked fluid level and everything around it already including axles. Please and thank you 🙏🏻
if you hear hard grind that might be a mechanical issue with the tranny but you should see the D blinking, other than that, check if catalytic converters are clogged because that will prevent the car from moving, now this can happen only if the cat is really plugged.
@@JM-AUTO I’m thinking mechanical also, the D on drive lights up fine and the neutral safety is still good. And yeah it has zero movement in reverse or drive or even D3,D2,D1. But grinding can be heard when placed in gears or Park. Thank you for the answer 🙏🏻

to be honest I have not done it this crv but you can take a good look to figure out if you have the space im sorry for not giving you a positive answer.

If the motor is a 2.4 then it should work
Is this a manual transmission
it is automatic.
You know if a 2005 accord 2.4 engine will work on a 09 accord
no it wont, the engine still is a 2.4l but the difference is the design of the vehicle is a little bit different, it is only from 2003 -2007 and then 2008-2012 and so on
