05:05 - Film in public area,.. REQUEST not to film.
- ANY member of the public on entering such a location should be INSTRUCTED that they have NO RIGHT to PRIVACY in public,.... Secondly, once they approach the desk, they should be ASKED if THEIR VISIT IS OF A private OR confidential nature,... and then OFFERED a private room for any such details/reporting to be made.

Superb audit skills!! Very sorry to hear of your RTC on your return journey home. Please keep up the sterling work, really do like you entire demeanour and use of the English language along with your knowledgeability of the law and code of practice and regulations, particularly when you quote them and the police force just ignore them. I truly hope you follow through with all the complaints you have submitted, would be very interested to know the outcomes of these complaints etc.

The only time the police attitudes will change is if the officers misuse their authority which they seem to be doing with a blasé attitude towards the law IOPC as well as the police who seems to always investigate themselves should be using sec 26 of the criminal justice and courts act BUT WON'T
Looks like the auditor's No. 1 fan - Serenity Health - is in the house with his customary shouty comments. Suggest that the rest of us ignore him... maybe he'll go away (but I'm not holding my breath).

Sterling effort mate. Calm and respectful giving them no opportunity to trump up charges. I respect your rights to fully take these idiots to task for the lack of professionalism. I think many people who watch this now realise how morally inept the police are. Now am not saying all police are like this but it seems a large chunk are and deserve to be highlighted for this. To long they have been getting away it and the likes of auditors are hopefully going to change some of them or at least shown to higher up in the echelons that their behaviour is pants. Then again I might live in loony tunes land for thinking like this. I would offer words of advice with regards to getting a copy of pace and that is by writing to the chief constable. This exact thing happened to a gentleman in Gateshead and he took it on. The next time he came in the officer had to eat his cowardly remarks and give the auditor a copy.

Fwiw, I live in a third world country. The MET are head and shoulders above police forces in South East Asia for service and effectiveness. I used to work as a volunteer liaison officer for the royal Thai police.

Have NEVER blurred out a member of the public! I will create privacy in public by asking if they wish to be filmed which is quantitavely different. Still, should I wish to film anyone in public, I will. Nice try bootlicker, but not good enough.

They need to change the PACE procedure to say that its not available, hard copy. They too lazy to do it. The public pay so why cant they print it off.
P.A.C.E. - Perhaps it would be more expedient,... and LESS LIKELY for PLOD to deny your reasonable request,... if you asked for particular SECTIONS at a time,... thereby returning to BUILD on the documentation gradually,... while logging COMPLAINTS of denial as they occur.
