I bought the car brand new, so automatically you don’t have to pass smog for 8 years. I don’t have to do smog tests for another 6 years, but by then I probably will have a new car. If I still have the car though, I know a couple of people who can help me out with my situation.

Well it was doing that the way you described it until someone tried hard resetting and now it’s just at the setup thing when you get a new device however I can’t continue without typing your iCloud and password and when I do it says your account is locked for security reasons. Something like that also thank you so much for your time and help :)
@@tarreq3437 Hi Tareq, I’ve found a solution online called AnyUnlock, which should allow you to bypass the activation lock. It requires you to use a computer to download the software, and then plug in the iPad. Once the software is running, it should allow you to bypass the lock. I found a video that explains it further in detail: th-cam.com/video/88A_El6ybmg/w-d-xo.html I also did more research about this software, and apparently it’s pretty safe and works very well, only downside is you just have to pay. I hope this helps!
