This Remodel Is Going To Transform This Car Wash

I have become a car wash enthusiast over the years of remodeling my old car wash into what it is today. Recentely I came across another car wash that was under construction itself so I did some digging on what is going on.
Check out the video to see the current status of this car wash that is getting a full revamp. It appears that they are putting in new self serve car wash faceplates for the self serve bays and doing a major upgrade to the 2 automatic bays. We will definitely be back for a Part 2 when this car wash is complete.

A corner location like that the highest and best use isn't a car wash. I'm sure the owner is going remodel it and own it until a national chain comes in and writes a big check

Its very rare to see a new build self serve car wash anymore for this exact reason.
